Pros: I have some issue with my credit car, so I have to pay additional insurance for another 200 -€. Additional they charged me 30€ for cleaning. However when I took the car they were more dirty than clean. Finally I fill reservoir some 50 km far from drop off point and around 5 L of gasoline was missing. I was ready to add money but they send me to nearest gas station. Finally the driver make us favour to drop us in main airport entrance for small tips

Pros: Nothing. It’s a scam.

Cons: Rental Premium in Bari is a scam. In our contract is no word about returning the car WASHED. They charged us 50 euros fine, in contract in fine for 28 euros. They only profit from contumers being stressed from airport departures.

Pros: They didn’t have an automatic car which we booked when we arrived and multiple other groups had similar issue. The lady was very helpful and I think our baby about to have a meltdown and helped. Also they didn’t have a baby seat which we booked but they borrowed one from nearby rental place.

Cons: It took us 1.5 hours to drop car off and there was a problem at pick up that saw us waiting from 8:30am until 12:30pm

Pros: The pick up and drop service was good. And the location for pick up is close to the airport. This helped in offering a better price than a pick up at the airport. The car we got was really good and clean. Rental premium were available to address any queries on Whatsapp, which was very useful.

Cons: If i knew this, I would not have taken insurance with Discover cars but direct with Rental Premium. I feel i paid a higher premium as I took it right at time of the pick up, even though the agent offered a discount. I was told if I just kep the Discover cars insurance then I would be liable to pay first for any issues to Rental Premium and then claim it back from Discover cars. I found that very risky and therefore had 2 insurance policies on the car as Discover cars would not cancel it.

Cons: dr car wasn't working properly with an android phone. Replacement of car took a very long time - almost 2 hours. The car rented out to me wasn't clean to the level it had a spiderweb on the boot door.

Cons: Rental Premium did not deliver the car. Our flight from Tirana to Bari was late due to the weather conditions. Airport was closed and we were late for 2 a d half hours. Renatal premium did not even answer the phone and we had to book another car. Thay took half of the fee as a deposit. Worst service experience ever. Do not reccomend this company.

Pros: We liked the car. It drove well tight spaces.

Cons: When we went to return the car in Naples, the address where we were to return it did not exist. It was after dark but before their closing time.We drove around the neighborhood looking for other possible locations. Their phone number didn’t work. We found the car washing organization that was servicing Avis and Hertz. They helped us contact the company so we were able to get to the airport.

Cons: The van was in poor condition, but mechanically no issues. One of the wing mirrors was taped up and there was a very large scratch on the side of the van. We weren’t given an option for a different vehicle. Didn’t affect us for what we needed it for, but should it be needed for say a special occasion it would have been a difficult circumstance.

Cons: The return agent accused us of losing/throwing away the rear luggage cover rack from our VW Golf. We took extensive video of the entire outside of the vehicle but no real photos of the inside. There was absolutely no luggage cover in the vehicle when we rented it. We actually didn’t have luggage with us as we had that stored at the hotel but this was missing in the vehicle. Very frustrating and demeaning to be accused of stealing/damaging something we didn’t do.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
