After collecting your luggage, exit through the door directly in front of the baggage hall. Once outside, turn left from the exit gate and continue to the bus parking area, located approximately 400 metres from the terminal. The meeting point is at the blue bus stops E06 and E07.

Pros: Clean car is the only positive thing I can say

Cons: We had to wait approx 25min for bus to the car pick up point. Then had to wait over an hour in a queue to collect car - never has this happened before when collecting a car We had book extra insurance with discover car but the agent had us so spooked by repeatedly saying if there's a single scratch on car or if it breaks down we were liable for €2,500. This was repeated a number times, so much so we felt if we didn't take their extra insurance they would find fault with car and charge us.

Pros: It used a a known brand car hire of Avis combined office /desks. The car seemed roadworthy and without rattles etc.

Cons: Finding the bus stop in the airport the bus stop is a long distance from arrivals. Also had a fair walk to find the car even though spaces are numbered but a few other hire companies in same area with same sapce numbers, would be good

Cons: The instructions to the bus pick up could have been easily so much better, with more detail about what is walked past to the bus stop. Very under powered car.

Pros: Not pleased with how they handl our problem with delayed flight,even Dow we did write an email to let them know that was happening.We ended up paying penalty 40e and taxi 90e.And payed double insurance cause it was not clear to us.

Pros: Very good service. We had VW Polo (1L engine), but I would hire a car with at least 1.4 or 1.6L engine if you are planning to go to Maska, Gigantes and Mount Teide areas.

Pros: Great service and easy to find and pick up. New clean cars and clear communication. Good experience.

Cons: Shuttle bus wait on the way to the airport was about 25 mins - good job we left plenty of time. The Citroen we had was underpowered for some of the hills but that’s down to the manufacturer!!

Cons: I did not like the fact that I was not informed that I had to go to the office by coach, of course from this rental company. we waited for them as they wrote. door 6 stop 6 and we waited for the car and not for the bus for almost 1.5 hours in the heat. no one called us until we asked the lady who came by this bus and she informed us that this is our bus
