Top Gear Mobility at Alicante Airport

Pros: I chose the option with full insurance. Returning the car was quick and hassle-free.

Pros: Fantastic hire company. Easy to find collection point. Easy to follow instructions via email and WhatsApp. The agents on the phone were polite, professional and friendly. Collection point was right outside the arrivals area and pick up was straight forward and absolutely hassle-free. We asked for a driver to be added - this was done within minutes and at the pickup point. Again, pleasant and helpful agent, giving clear instructions on how to leave the airport and how to return the vehicle.

Cons: No negatives sbout TopGear mobility. Everything was perfect.

Pros: I had about an hour until pickup after the plane landed, and they arranged a car before the scheduled time.

Pros: Everything worked beautifully - yes it costs slightly more - but you avoid all the hassle. Great company.

Cons: Nothing - it was a super car. Exactly as described. Pick up and drop off worked perfectly. Car hire at its best!

Pros: Everything was very good from start to end. I have used four different car-rental companies in Alicante. This was the best of all! Safe and good service from the lady that give us the car at the airport, and very quick service by David when we delivered the car back. No capricious and cunning attempt to sell assurances we do not need when we pick up the car. Can highly recommend the company.

Pros: Clear instructions and nicely visible/visual staff outfit (orange shirt) to locate correct person. Staff was also very nice and friendly. Car was as expected as its class, clean and new car.

Cons: Only very minor thing is about returning car to express parking area. Our returning went well even there was quite busy at the returning time, we find free parking slot but during the high season lack of free space at the parking area might be only stressful situation. Like said, in our case this was not an issue but just assuming:)

Pros: The car's fender and door were damaged, but this damage did not prevent it from being driven. Additionally, there was a stain on the window that wouldn't wipe off. Other than that, the car was in perfect/excellent condition.

Pros: Before booking it was hard to believe but it was true: price with full insurance +8EUR/day, and zero security/deposit fee. No hidden costs. The car received same class as booked. It was 1-2 years old, with 17kkm on meter. Car was delivered in 10min after a call to their number, same way it was picked up. Very quick and efficient turnaround!

Pros: They were brilliant. We couldn’t find where we needed to meet them to pick up the car but they were so helpful when we phoned for more directions and waited for us with no issues. Car was perfect and drop off so simple, a member of staff waiting at the airport for us.
