Cons: I called the agent by name SALIM to replace my headlight before it gets dark out and I was told that is part of my responsibility and not Hertz I also was giving a car with a broken windshield. other than that the agents at the airport were excellent and very helpful.
Pros: I got the car I booked with the terms I arranged through discover's website. Afterwards, they took it back without a problem, because the car was spotless inside and out.
Cons: They REALLY tried hard to upsell me on their insurance options, when I had purchased Discover's full insurance and didn't need it. I had to say NO several times.
Cons: The service provider did not accept my Credit Card insurance and made me pay for their insurance. When dropping the car, they spend a lot of time checking the condition of the car looking at very small details.

Pros: Runs by HERTZ. Online customer service was much professional, I sent them an email to get my 3 days unused car insurance and they replied immediately with the time of refund.
Cons: Not professional. Tried to sell me full insurance higher than what was supposed to be. When I gave him my credit cards, I noticed a big difference and then he was trying to explain that this car insurance is more expensive than other. I asked him to show me the class of the car and table and the amount was much less. I returned the car 3 days earlier, they refused to refund the insurance for 3 days and said it's impossible.

Cons: They threatened to charge me $50 to $150 to wash the car that I turned in dirty. Car washes in Morocco cost $2-3. I would happily pay $10 or $20. Agent at desk was openly hostile to my questions.....

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I made a reservation for a Renault clio, but What I get is a Punto which was available when I was doing the reservation with a lower price.
Pros: Nothing to be liked at all. Hertz Morocco (on behalf of Thrifty) is a rip-off franchisee. I need help fighting these scammers posing as legit businesses.
Cons: Nothing is easy with these guys: dirty office, full of cigarettes smoke, difficult to talk to agents and rude... Two excesses of 1500 EUR are being held and no feedback so far from the company with no reports whatsoever: 1st car was exchanged because of an accident (where it is confirmed I was not at fault, with all reports filed, etc...) To date, no response from Hertz. The second car I got was also given against an excess of same amount, upon return, the excess is blocked over a 2 cm scratch!!

A young driver fee of 32.54 EUR per rental applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
A signed credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons. The imprint may be used to cover any additional charges at the end of the rental.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional charges will be applied.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
