Cons: The Car had much dents, scratches and damages, since at delivery it was late thus dark making a video of all the damages wasn't easy if not impossible because of the bad light.

Pros: The staff was super nice and helpful, especially the guy who gave me the car and took it back at the end of the rental.

Cons: The DRIVUS staff could have been more courteous, the vehicle could have been cleaner upon pick-up and in better condition, the exhaust made a strange noise and the engine control was on for the entire 16-day rental.

Cons: I reserved a Dacia Logan but got a Dacia Sandero instead, it's a smaller car and also the rental price for the Logan was about €55 higher than the Sandero! I was expecting either an upgrade or refund, but unfortunately didn't get it!

Cons: I did not like that when reserved the car I pay by American Express card but at the pick up I could not pay with same card that I reserved . Also they give me the car with no gas I had hard time finding cas station

Pros: The car was new with low mileage and price was very reasonable.

Cons: Tank was nearly empty when I picked up the car (fuel light was on). I was late picking up the car because of delayed flight and difficulty finding the rental desk and the lady said something that she was about to cancel my reservation eventhough it was still an hour until closing time, delayed flights are nog uncommon and I had sent messages that I was on my way. Drop-off location was not sign-posted.

Pros: DRIVUS has friendly & welcoming staff. The price for rental was reasonable and affordable. I'll definitely recommend it to others from this regard.

Cons: 1)The deposit was too high, 2)payment by credit card declined even if I used the same card the same day, this cost me 3hrs of wait+$400 of international call time to my bank, 3)I had a small collision 4 which I was over charged, 4)the car was hit and repaired before but I was lied to by saying it was brand new. According to the 3 mechanics who examined the car after the collision, the previous damage made it easier to be damaged again though the collision was tiny. Their estimate 800dh vs 2000dh

The car was delivered without gas (gas light on), I had to pay extra to return the car early in the morning and had to call 18 times to get the instructions from the person in charge who was rude to my wife and just provided the information last minute (night before). Also the instructions to pick up the car were not clear and the waiting time was long since the reception was left without anyone to service the clients.

Cons: The Drivus personal at Casablanca Airport was not professionele. We did not received the car that we have booked but a smaller Car/cheaper Car. They tried to blame us for why the car was not available. What makes no sense. We received the booked Car 4 days later in Marrakech. Whith delay that forced us to change our plans. The worts parts was the lady when we droped the Car in Casablanca. She wanted to fight my wife. Police forced her to hand us the deposit since everything was ok with the Car.

Pros: Returning the car wasn’t great: initially we were challenged about some scratches (which were documented at pick up, ie not from us) until a seemingly more senior Drivus person agreed that these weren’t our fault, then we were told to hand over the car (incl paperwork and keys) and to go to the Drivus desk inside the terminal (past security) to get our deposit back. Required a bit of trust. Car itself was great.

Cons: Car was dirty and with a lot of scratches. Almost no gas in the tank. I dropped off the car two weeks ago and I am still fighting with the company to get my deposit MAD 15000 (EUR 1300) back

Cons: DRIVUS Customer support is really bad. Difficult to contact with, and the problem was not solved for more than 2 weeks. I have to spent a lot of time to contact with them, everytime I have to push them in order to get some inforamtion.

Cons: One I was given a car with an empty tank. I barely made it to the next gas station. Then the agent tried to make me pay for the parking where the car was located Then the front wheel tire was bad even though they have a new tire as spare I figure they should have changed it out. Then you have to go and get the agent to come out and show you your car so the something on return going through airport security multiple times is not the best next time I will get the car company that the office is not

Pros: Excellent customer service and very good and reliable car! All Drivus team members I met were friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely book cars again and recommend people to rent cars from them.

Cons: I have seen no one of the agency when I dropped the car. The agency was open, but there was no one. I have called but the phone was in the agency. I stood there for 15 minutes with a plane waiting for me. Someone proposed to pick up the keys and to give them to the rental agent...

Pros: They proactively reached out to ensure we found their office, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, they have us a brand new car that was perfect for our needs, and they were responsive over WhatsApp.

Cons: J’ai commandé une Nissan Kicks ( Alors que ce modèle n’a jamais été commercialisé au Maroc!!!) sur le site Discovercars.com et je me suis retrouvé avec une Dacia Duster apres ils l’ont échangé par une Jeep Ringade. Temps perdu lors du pick-up et l’echange de véhicule deux jours apres!
