Cons: I normally write no reviews. However, for the benefit of future renters, I would like to warn people to stay away from Hertz/dollar in Morocco: 1. We had a flat tire, but it took more than 6 hours to get a roadside service. 2. They took us around multiple cities to find a repair shop that they liked. It was too far and too late that I had to book another hotel for my family to avoid driving to our original hotel, six hours away. 3. They sold me full insurance but they did not return my deposit

Pros: I like the service over the counter everything went so fast and easy to sing the contract, the guys were there were so helpful

Cons: What I didn’t like the most is the baby car seat were all broken and was hard for them to find me the right one for my kid, hopefully they’ll get brand new ones soon because would like to rent from there again

Pros: The efficiency of the agent at the pickup location.

Cons: The terrible condition of the vehicle. Only one headlight worked. The car struggled when shifting gears. It was heavily dented and scratched. No USB port for charging phones. The trunk slams into your head every time you venture into that compartment. The A/C vents were broken. No one answers the customer service number. Absolutely terrible experience!

Pros: Vehicle provided was almost new, drove beautifully and was economical from a fuel consumption point of view

Cons: The drop off experience was completely and utterly disgusting, and almost resulted in my wife and I missing our flight. After handing back the vehicle in an open parking lot without any signage to a gentleman who was not even wearing a recognisable uniform, we had to make our way back into terminal 2 though a long line by security check point to get back to the office. Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

The grace period will be honored only during business hours. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
