Cons: they rented a bad conditioned car. my car didn't turn on the engine on the first day. the car was not ready to be served. when i called a hot line. they didn't call me back. they didn't take any action for the stopped car. i ran to the nearby car service and got some help to turn on the engine. the hot line didn't call me until next day. i called the agent, she said bring the car to the airport. they are supposed to bring the new car to exchange it at my place. they are not well trained.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 69.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours

If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
