Pros: I eventually received the car.

Cons: Agent not present arrival, lies and false information provided by agent causing problems exiting airport. Car had no gas and I ran out of gas 1 km from the airport. I was stranded for three hours on the side of the road. The agent lied four times at pickup (his own availability, etc). Car had its basic functions disabled (cruise control, Bluetooth, seat adjustments, radio, etc). Communication during rental very bad. Agent provided wrong meetup location 4 km from airport and then lied about it.

Pros: car's condition is good. easy to make payment.

Cons: They don't have counter at the Casablanca airport. We looked around at the rental desk and people asked us to walk out the main door we only managed to find the agent. It will be better if they informed us earlier but we couldn't get any information of picking up the car. And the agent doesnt speak english, we spent a lot of time to return the car because we couldn't find him in the parking lot as we told him we at the main entrance, but he didnt understand. Pros: They initially provided a very old, dirty, scratched up car that I refused to drive. They were quick to decide on replacing it.

Cons: Rep was difficult to find. Initially brought a very old, dirty car. Upon returning the car they refused to cancel the preauthorized cash deposit (10,000 MAD) the same day until they were to check if any fines were submitted by the police.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1220.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

Cash is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
