Pros: Gave me a broken car with close to zero grip tires in the middle of the night so i don’t notice ans when the tires blow up held me hostage of 5000 dhs to get it fixed or replacement.

Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. Drop off at a different location from pick up was easy.

Cons: The car came with no fuel and the petrol light on. Would have been easier to pick up with a full tank as per most other rental companies.

Cons: They were rude, didn't speak English, didn't write they don't take Amex, car left hand mirror barely worked, whole car was scratched up, and they take $1500 as a security deposit, that's the highest I've ever heard of.

Cons: It’s old car two years old with many scratches and normal AC . I don’t like the way of their response by what’sAPP because a lot of agencies without follow up reports , so we need to repeat your request many times without any reality support.

Cons: Drop off was difficult. Car was in bad shape but it blended in well with other cars on the road.

Pros: The desk rental agent was supportive and informed. She did a great job. The escort to the car however, hounded us RELENTLESSLY for a tip even before we received the car. We made it clear that we were in a rush. We then waited for 45 minutes while the escort tried to upgrade our car choice, have us sit in his vehicle, and generally waste time talking with his other agents. Once we finally received the vehicle, there was a parking ticket in it that we were expected to pay and no gas!

Cons: After we argued about who would pay the parking ticket to get the car, we noticed the gas was on empty- a trick used by poor car rental agencies to have you leave more gas in the vehicle when you drop it off -so we were further delayed by having to go get gas. Sovoy never answered the phone when I called to extend the rental, and, the drop off location was never articulated, resulting in me having to wait an hour to drop off the car. NEVER AGAIN WITH SOVOY!

Cons: In addition of what you have paid for the car, their staff keep pushing to tip them for doing their Job!! The car was not well maintained: weak breaking system, fog lights sometimes goes off for no reason, Windshield Wiper Blades couldn’t use them since they make the vision worse, and cigarette smell inside the car was horrible stick in our clothes.

Cons: J'ai loué une grande voiture diesel avec 2 bagages, et je me suis retrouvé avec une petite voiture 1 bagage et essence. Accueil décevant, absence des employés et un reclassement pas demandé, pour une famille avec 5 bagages. Très déçu de la compagnie

Cons: Didn't speak English, contract was in Arab, we were the only customer, and It took 2 hours to get the car, I couldn't change the rental, I had to pay cash, drop off was worse then pick up. Customer service has other meaning at Sovoy rent a car.

The car was in a very bad shape, dirty, inside/out : a shame The fuel tank was empty with the light turned on for an empty fuel tank!!!…unbelievable!! The engine was weak… really not a good experience with Savoy at All

Cons: the pickup process is long because you have to enter the airport through the security twice if you have bags it's a long story! and the car was in bad condition!! it consume lot of gas more than any car I used to rent from other companies! I will never do business with Sovoy again.

Pros: It is Morocco. You pay less, but use lot of time. It is part of the game. The same happens with most agencies. Only the established companies are better, but double the price. The car had lots of scratches, which is normal in Morocco. I made a new one. Savoy car charged immediately a fair amount. (similar to a garage I made a request before, just for curiosity) Other agencies charge multiple the amount. Very friendly staff.

Cons: Not fault of Savoy, but discover cars, or communication problem. Most cheap agencies reside "wild" on the parking area. Savoy had an agency in the new terminal close to the train station. Once you know, it is easy.
