Pros: It is one of the worst experiences I had in my life with car rental companies. First I asked for a diesel car and I paid extra for it but the agent prepared a hybrid gas car and tried to force it on me. Then he said ok and gave me a Megane, the car was empty and they did want to fill it with gas. The car had a lot of scratches and it was so dirty from the outside and the inside. Pros: To be honest the car was good but the only problem was the AC , was not working all the air getting from it was hot , I had to open all the time the windows because we were in the car as we were in the sauna .

Pros: The car was in good condition and clean. The handover and collection of the car went smoothly. The return of the security deposit was quick and hassle-free.

Cons: Keddy is an unknown name at Casablanca Airport. There was no information board or sigh for Keddy. It was therefore very difficult to find the office to pick up the car. There was missing the information that the car collection was under the Europcar umbrella. That was the only shortcoming I can complain about.

Cons: The change Euro MAD is the worst ratio at the office and after glas brok they change the car with on seconde car but I remark thar the worn rear wheels do not allow to venture with courses in the mountains at the risk of falling cliffs. So you can't onjoy the trip you planed, you must use the car in the plane road only!! and the cost price of a glace reparation was 2 time higher than practicable with the same reference

Cons: The car had issues and on the last day it got even broken in the middle of no where. I wasn't able to get hold of them to help me out and I had to hire a tow truck on my own to get the car towed to my hotel.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1110.00), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
For certain car groups, minimal rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin, Arabic alphabet. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
When rental period exceeding 26 days, the deposit will be charged at the beginning of the rental.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
