Pros: It is one of the worst experiences I had in my life with car rental companies. First I asked for a diesel car and I paid extra for it but the agent prepared a hybrid gas car and tried to force it on me. Pros: The car was in good condition and clean. The handover and collection of the car went smoothly. The return of the security deposit was quick and hassle-free.

Cons: Keddy is an unknown name at Casablanca Airport. There was no information board or sigh for Keddy. It was therefore very difficult to find the office to pick up the car. There was missing the information that the car collection was under the Europcar umbrella. That was the only shortcoming I can complain about.

Cons: The change Euro MAD is the worst ratio at the office and after glas brok they change the car with on seconde car but I remark thar the worn rear wheels do not allow to venture with courses in the mountains at the risk of falling cliffs. Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
