Pros: Great rental car company. Will come back again.

Cons: Horrible car. Bald tires, no air conditioner even though I paid for a car with working air conditioner, no windshield wiper fluid, dents and scratches all over the outside. This car should not have been given to anyone. It is a hazard in itself.

Cons: The agent refused to give the card that’s been promised I contacted the office they were not helpful then the same agent charge me out of pocket $25 to give me the exact card that I booked

Cons: Returning the car before hours was not convenient since I was asked to park the car in one terminal while I am departing from another terminal. Agent could have prepared paper work before my arrival since I had a reservation with a deposit.

Pros: Nothing. Extremely poor service, waited 40 minutes at the airport pick up desk and there was no one. It took them 2 hours to bring me the car, the car was all dented with accidents and broken. There was no fuel in the car. The agent gave a better car to the person who came after me and he gave it to him before me! When I asked him why, he dared to tell me I was later while I was on time and I waited 40 minutes for him. He made me stand in the sun in the parking lot near the toilets with my bags.

Cons: No one answers your call, there is no one in the office. The car is not ready, they mention the time you come in on the agreement but they give you the car much much later, in my case 2 hours later. They are mean and arrogant and they put the blame on you for being late! Luckily I had the call log and WhatsApp messages to prove that I was on time. It’s not just the agent in the office but also the main phone number. They always tell you they are 2 minutes away, but in reality it was 2 hours!

Cons: I wasn't expected a car that old (2017). A/C was not strong enough.

Cons: Very bad service. The representatives don’t bother to answer your messages or phone calls when you need to receive the car o return it. I don’t recommend this company. Very unfriendly service.

Cons: the air conditioner didn't work. When picking up the car I asked if the air conditioning works and the answer was yes. when leaving the airport I noticed that the air conditioning was not working. i had to come back the next day to have the air conditioning topped up at a garage. Enjoyed my vacation one day less. My deposit was supposed to be refunded within 48 hours but now 3 days later it still hasn't happened.

Pros: It was quick to pick up the car but the office is downstairs at the train station wich means that after signing your contract you have to stand up in a queu for 20min to enter the airport again.

Cons: When I returned the car the agent started expecting the car and tried so much to find scratches on the body, he pointed some scratches that are impossible to be viewed in some hidden places as if he knew wher to find them, he actually used water to wach the body and dry it to show them to me. Meanwhile he was working with me he left me and went to another costumer to return his car and did the same number with him. After 30min he came back to me and tried to get 1000MAD from my caution money.

Cons: Slow pick up. We were provided the car with yellow signal on indicating that’s something is wrong. We mentioned it to the agent, he assured us that it is fine. In two days we had complete mechanical failure of the car. We were ignored by what’s app and phone. Not until I contacted discover.cars the supplier contacted me back and exchanged the cars. It took about 8 hours for exchange. We were not compensated for it. Nor for the full tank of gas in the broken car.

Cons: Amram was especially of great help in directing us on finding the car return location as we were totally lost at the airport. Thank you Amram you're the best.

Pros: Absolutely nothing at all. It was the worst car rental company I’ve ever had to deal with. The car was not clean, with an empty tank, car damage not to mention the terrible customer service from Yassine who was busy answering the phone during my car pick up session and the smug attitude when I questioned the condition of the car.

Cons: The check in admin guy - Yassine completed the car inspection form in the office. I insisted on doing an inspection at the car which was certainly not appreciated by him.

Pros: It was easy to return the car.

Cons: The first car they gave me died in the rental parking lot, and couldn't be restarted. The second car they gave me barely had any gas, and the air conditioner that I paid extra for didn't work. The car also had the "check engine" light on and it often took several attempts to get the engine to turn over.

Cons: It took 2 hours to process the the car for pick up. It took an hour to drop the car off and find and agent. Instructions on where to pick up the car were terrible. I think an electric skateboard has more power than the car. The Fiat rattled all over. Finally, the FOB key battery went dead on the last day.

Pros: Friendly pickup staff Good information and detailing about the car.

Cons: The aircon of the car did not work when outside temperatures went above 30*. That was a big headache. The inside of the windshield was very dirty and created a huge glare during sunrise and sunset times, thereby limiting the visibility. On low speeds, the car jerked during gear shifts. Rental conditions wrote about deposit in EUR (EUR 1000). However the rental company charged the deposit in MAD (MAD 10000).

Pros: The car was in poot hygienic conditions especially internally. Very used car with many external dents and very worn tyres. The boy picking up the car was unsymphathetic and uncooperative

I called them the next day and they claim there is a scratch in the car and they are not going to give me my security deposit and it has been four days and nobody contacted me and I have been calling them no answer and I filed the claim because I didn’t do that scratch and I think they did it on purpose

Pros: It was very easy to pick up the car, the agent who assisted us spoke perfect english and was very proactive. Drop off took a little longer, but nothing major. Do arrive with enough time to drop off the car if you are flying out the same day.

Cons: We had a flat tyre along half way, but we quickly replaced it with the extra tyre. We informed Discovery Cars later on and they were very responsive. We had full insurance, but surprinsingly when we dropped off the car we were told we had to pay 5 euros for some sort of service related to the tyre. Despite the small sum, we did not agree to pay this "unknown" fee and eventually they understood, and that was the end of that. Overall good experience and friendly staff.

They gave me a car with a problem and did not wanna change it then after long negotiations and avoiding replying my calls, and me calling them from a another number so they would reply ( u can feel what group of ppl they are just from their behavior), they agreed to change the car and gave me a car with a battery problem, at the end I had to return the car 5 days earlier than my flight cause it was obvious it is not safe to use their cars.

Pros: The attendant when I dropped off the car was very friendly. Communication was good. Affordable car rental for 10 days

Cons: The car could've been in better condition. Given the aggressive driving conditions in Morocco, I somewhat understand. However, at some point a car should be cycled out.
