Pros: Generally a friendly bunch, however the vehicle provided was a Dacia Loran, I was expecting a Peugeot 208 or similar.

Cons: We had to find the location of the car provider, which was the far end of the T2 car park! According to the booking we should have had a meet and great at the airport terminal, this didnt happen. The vehicle had hardly any fuel in it. I had to add fuel to the car just to get to my destination, which was about 70km from the airport. Not ideal. The vehicle had a gearbox fault, an engine error light detailed this, and the person the car was returned to stated that the vehicle had an 'oil' issue!

Pros: They are absolutely worst. They provide a damaged car, where the front car has big issues closing it. I have to upgrade to a different car, a little better one, but still dirty, which cost me an additional $131. They also ask me to pay the airport parking, where the card was located!!! They also charge me $7.60 on July 14 - I return the car in a cleaner state than it was before, more gas in the tank. But they still charge me without giving an explanation!!!

Cons: There is no good service with them! Will never book with them again.

Pros: It was a great experience. They were on time, easy on pickup and drop off. I got the car I picked without any issues.

Cons: They added extra charges that were not in the contract. I asked where the extra charges were listed and they showed me internal company documents that I had no access to when renting the car online.

Cons: (A) I did not get what has been promised. (B) Car rental companies in some countries try very hard to get some extra money, and if needed, are not afraid to scam people.

Cons: I rented a car agreed to size and price. When I arrived. I was given two options none of which I originally agreed to . I rented a manual compact car. The most reasonable. When I arrived after finally fi ding the company. They had a large van "upgrade" gas guzzling stick shift. OR a compact car auto magic for twice the price. And if I cancel i get no refund. So ot either I pay for more gas in the van. Pay more 4 the compactAutomatic, or loosemoney and payanother rental companysame day high

Pros: Nous avons eu une dame qui parlait français et nous a tout bien expliqué pour la prise du véhicule. La prise en charge et la restitution a été très rapide, la voiture était très bien.

Cons: First, the car they gave me was completely different from what I booked; it looked more like a delivery pick-up. After a long argument, they offered me another car, a Dacia, for an additional fee of 50 Euros. It was a horrible experience: the cars were bad, dirty, and old. I'm very disappointed.

Pros: The price was good and worth it, I believe I received a very good deal, honestly with the price I was expecting an old junky car but no it was new and clean. No surprises.

Cons: The car was horrible , very dirty, no respect of sanitary measures, the guy was asking for extra money for himself (incredible)and at the end they charged me different price as agreed. I used to rent cars a lot but this experience is far the worst one I have ever had. Will never do it again .

Cons: I was very excited to visit Morocco and my first experience was spending approximately 5 hours waiting for an agent and then driving around Morocco with a team member from Addcar to locate our car. We then were told we had to purchase additional premium coverage after we purchased "full coverage" from Discover hire. We lost an entire day. It was a terrible first impression of a beautiful country.
