Cons: Couldn't find the agent at drop-off, so I just left the car in the parking lot. When we finally established contact over the phone, he wasn't nice or helpful.
Cons: DiRent attempted to bill us for a "dirty" interior when we returned the car. There was some sand in the car as morrocco is filled with sand everywhere you go. If we knew we had to have a clean car inside and out, we could have easily dropped off the car to any number of people that offered to clean our car along the way. In the end they didn't bill us, but it was frustrating that they would do that.
Cons: There was no counter and the fact that I had to find the agent in the parking garage felt sketchy. Also no paperwork was done and it was all handwritten at the time of pickup out of the back of the agent's van. It took about 45 minutes and really felt sketchy and unprofessional. So much so, that we decided to change our trip and return the car early because we didn't know jow difficult it would be to return the car. We didn't want to risk missing our flight.
Pros: Car met my expectations, clean and in good condition (new car, only 300 Km)

Cons: חברה בלי משרד ...לקח לנו הרבה זמן לאתר את מקום החנייה שהוא התחליף למשרד וחיכינו בשמש עוד חצי שעה עד שהנציג הגיע מזל שזה לא הייה באמצע הלילה הנציג הגיע עם הרכב שלנו לחנייה .ובתוך הרכב התנהלה קבלת הרכב ו כל מה שקשור לתנאי ההשכרה
Cons: nobody was there when I wanted to pick up the car.
Cons: I have paid the insurance of the car and very hard to reach them after i got an issue on the tire , no one was responding so i had to do it by myself and i had to stay with the replacement tire the hole rental period without changing the initial tire . One more other point is the deposit that they deducted from the beginning, until now i still didn’t received it and when i call them they will just respond me to check with my bank and that its not their business .

Pros: The car was clean from the exterior but not from the interior. Otherwise, everything else was perfect specially how the agents were interacting.
Pros: As mentioned above there was no one in the terminal or outside with that name. I had to rent the car from someone else and lost my money

Pros: We were so very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the representative at D- cars . We traveled all round Morocco and had a small accident in Marrakech and contacted the company who were wonderfully kind and helpful and were more concerned with our well being than the car . We were full insured so there was no extra charges of any kind. I was super impressed by their service and would highly recommend them . Thank you so much for your support and kindness!

Cons: I was charged damage for the car withiut justification and notice. I found a charge of 300 dollar in my bank account withiut any communication about it. Please rever the amount or i will need to warn online other future customers

Cons: We didn’t know where they were once in Casablanca. Turns out they are in the parking lot of terminal 2. Someone could have specified this. We spent an hour looking for them. The car I ordered was to have a gps, a booster seat and a baby car seat. It only had a baby car seat. If I didn’t have gps on my phone this would have been a problem. The car had the gas light on. All these things stressed me out on my first day with kids in a new county. Making sense?

Pros: They upgraded me to an automatic transmission car which made me very happy!!!! The agents were nice and helpful. The car was new and I was very happy with it. They did not pressure me to get the additional insurance.

Cons: We should have been told that the representative will be waiting for us at the arrival area (outside). We wasted our time looking for the desk inside the airport only to find out that the desk (desk/office in a car) was in the parking lot. We went out to find it at the parking lot, but fortunately, as we passed by the security door, we saw the representative holding a placard of my name. He brought us to where the car is.

Cons: This was my first time in Casablanca and I expected a clean car. I spent over 1 hr for pick up and it was a horrible experience. The police showed up twice in the parking lot to understand what was taking long, The car had extensive damages on the exterior and I was put in a position to take it or forfeit the initial deposit. horrible experience

Cons: Delivery and drop off. Delivery was done by night in a dark parking . The car was totaly damp wet and was almost impossible to check for scratches. at the drop off we were told we had to wash the car before getting back and they charged 100 MAD for washing. They didn't give me back the deposit bill they put from my credit card : till now nobody told me what's going on with that bill
Pros: Nothing, it’s consistently poor service from the beginning to end. No customer representative was at arrivals as promised, customer support line is terrible with obnoxious staff failing to listen and also answering and immediately putting call on hold. The condition of the car was disappointing, check engine warning light was on from pick up, scratches and dents as well as stained interior. Deposit still not returned to credit card, disgraceful service and will warn everyone to avoid.
Cons: Officials are difficult to find with no uniform or direct contact details, terrible communications and unable to answer questions. I had to pay for a replacement tyre as the spare was only a temporary tyre and not safe. Asked about refund for purchasing a replacement with no answer! I will be contacting Kayak who suggested this company as it is terribly flawed and should not be promoted.

Pros: I appreciated how thorough the employees were in checking things about the car and doing paperwork. It helped me worry less that diRENT was not a legitimate company. I liked how I was able to pick up the car in Casablanca and return it in Tangiers.
Cons: 1) No office- waited outside airport 4 hours for a guy to find us, then 45 minute check out 2) Gas empty. I think employee was using it personally then came when it was almost out. 3) Body damage, dirty, poorly maintained 4) I worried returning it the day of would make me miss my flight. So I went the night before to the airport and waited in the dark for 30 minutes. Added lots of stress and two expensive taxi rides. I love entrepreneurs but this was a really bad experience.
Cons: Pickup was time consuming, drop off was not straight forward. Car failed to start once due to dirty air filter.

Cons: They provided me the car more that 30 hours later. I had to use other transportation means to move around and go to my appointments. I missed some of them because I had no car on Friday December 22. I received the car on December 23 at 1:30 pm. This type of service and attitude are just not acceptable. diRENT has no office at the airport and everything has to be done by phone. What about people who don't have a local number? Service and compliance with the terms of the contract is an issue.
Pros: Agent was available & easy to deal with on phone.
Cons: Rep wasn't at the airport arrivals with sign for car pickup so I needed to call & wait. Same with drop-off. Fuel tank was 1/8 full not full so I lost some $. Website was down (hacked) so contact needed to be by phone.
