Cons: The he car itself is not good very old and noisy driving on highways, you will hear a lot of wind noise. Driving on mountains also very noisy. Overall it was not good car compared to the money I paid. Also the insurance money is very highly compare with other companies.

Cons: As usual you pick up the car in a dark underground car park with low lighting. I checked the car for damage as much as I could as there were a few dents and scrapes. One of them was pointed out and the guy said he knew but didn’t record it. And when I handed the car back they found another scrape under the front spoiler, very low down and not something I checked in the dark. 99% sure it wasn’t me and that it was there already but I can’t prove it. No doubt they will charge me a fortune for it.

Pros: I had issues with my credit card, agent at the counter helped picking up the car for few days till my issues were sorted out. Leyla from Istanbul airport helped me extend, over WhatsApp. This helped me by not traveling 2hrs to Istanbul airport leaving my family. Kudos to that.

Pros: Everything is ok. They are very helpful.
Cons: The add blue was finish during the period I rent. I bought and tap it. But they send my money back in minutes. That was not a big deal.
