Pros: Clear instructions. Easy pick up and drop off.

Cons: Car cleanliness was average from inside. Despite telling them they didnt clean. Also they gave us the van with almost empty fuel. They did not fill it up to full. Usually rent a car services have either full tank or atleast half.

Cons: Car very dirty. Oil tank is empty. So many dented and scratch around the car. Even the interior was bad. Asked for baby carseat, they provide me child carseat. Force us to add insurance €250 for the whole period eventhough we told we already had full coverage. Insist on saying the additional was to expedite police report in the case of car accident. This is bad you see, because it scared foreigner when you come out with those kind of story.

Pros: They say we need deposit, but they take money from the card not as authorization! Or even block!

Cons: They charged me 150 lira for crossing the bridge while the price is 15 lira!

Cons: They are adding on unnecessary invalid charges They charged me 479 Lira for tolls I didn’t use. My GPS was on no toll road all the time and I just drove in the neighborhood. They also were going to charge me 500 for washing the car even though I returned the car clean. I am not a smoker and they were going to also charge me for smoking. All theses charges are a rip off.

Cons: I booked with NOKTAUTOS but there were no office for them , lastly I was told to go to Eva whom told me I have no reservation and no car,... lastly I was given smallest car ever

Pros: I do not recommend dealing with this company, their treatment is very bad, and they took 5000 pounds from me as insurance and did not return it to my account. They also demand that I pay road tolls and demand that I pay fees for the extra kilometers in the car, even though I rent open kilometers I also paid accident insurance of $12, although I rented the car from the site, including insurance against accidents of $12 per day.

Cons: I did not like their dealings with me, trying to defraud me and exploiting me by paying additional amounts. They also photographed the visa card, and after that, a withdrawal of 350 Turkish liras took place from a tourist site that I do not know, and I think that their employees took advantage of my card in that process.

Cons: I ordered automatic gearbox, but received manual. Also child seat and booster - received two child seats. Luckily it was transforming to booster - lost a space in trunk due to upper part of seat. To all my objection one answer - we got what we got, no other option or suggestions from rental company. Incorrect message for "meet & greet" - no one was meeting at place written in voucher. A lot of time spent to find where to pick up car.

Pros: I would recommend call directly to rental place to reserve the car this will save money for you

Cons: When I rented the car, I paid 144 pounds for comprehensive insurance, and when I went to receive it, he told me that you have to buy another insurance of the same value, 144 pounds, and because I am forced to, so I bought it, but I hate that something is forced on it.

Cons: 1- The car they gave me (Peugot 2008) was not as big as the SUV I originally booked (Nissan Qashqai). 2- In my booking confirmation it said the extra driver was free, but the car agency said I had to pay 10 Euros per day for the extra driver. 3- My booking said it covered the road tax (Toll tax fees), but it wasn't and they made me pay it in cash after car delivery. 4- They were trying to imply I had the car door scratched, but lucky for me i took a video that showed the car was already scratch

Cons: Overall, I had no issues with NoktAutos. The actual office is nowhere near the airport which wasn't clear during the booking. The agent waits for you at the departure gate and hands you the keys. The problem is if you want to pay extra for insurance or for the toll on return, the guy makes up quotes off the top of his head including for the toll!!!

Cons: from the beginning, no one was met me in the airport entrance, i was waiting for 30 minutes till some one ask me to hold my bags and move to gate 7 to pick up the car!!!! .The break was not functional working with high sound of squeaks !!!! I was asking and renting Peugeot 2008 and i got duster !!!

Cons: I was not informed that the agency is not at the airport. That caused an inconvenience as I was at the airport to collect guests and did not wish to leave the airport to collect the car

Cons: 1. They sublet to another company. 2. Advertised taking AMEX, but did not. 3. To give me the car, they took 40 Euro cash for full insurance even though i had paid for it online already. This because of not accepting AMEX. 4. Nobody to collect me as advertised. Called company and guy arrived 30 mins later whilst I waited outside. In a nutshell, false advertising, not the renter itself, poor service. What else can I say?

Cons: The car was not as described. There was no one at the time of picking up the car and we had to wait until the agent arrived. The child seat was not comfortable and was not fitted properly. We also had to wait for 30 minutes before we find out that the agent will not show to pick up the car and we had to keep it in the parking. Moreover, we had to pay for the parking!!
