Pros: They eventually picked us up from the airport. They did have a car albeit ancient and in poor roadworthy condition. They did eventually sort the car insurance once the police started to get involved.

Cons: Being lied to. Having to buy extra coverage having already paid it. Car not insured leading to detention by police. Exceptionally poor customer service,. Crappy car.

Cons: Full insurance is expensive 180 euro I all ready paid extra money online with reservation for full cover but they said it’s not valid so either the website or the company deceived me

Cons: I waited for 45 minutes to get picked, took me to a remote location to their office to pick up the car, wanted to block 590 euros (usually other car rental agencies in istanbul only block 70-150 euro), didn’t give me the car I reserved, wanted to upgrade to a bigger car (only 4 euros difference per day on their website) but they wanted to charge me 20 euros per day extra, and after they blocked the 590 the wanted to charge me 15 euros for after hours pick up even though they were late 45 minutes

Cons: I rented the car from the Discovery Car website and paid the full amount of coverage as well as the insurance. When I arrived at Pandora's place to receive the car, they did not accept the Discovery Car insurance and obligated me to pay 150 euros to obtain the full insurance. They did not know about the Discovery Car company.

Cons: Hard to contact agent and meet at airport. Fuel tank is almost empty. Tricks and traps to collect more money. Car condition is ok but with dashboard light on, told to ignore. Overall, bad experiences,try to avoid if possible.

Cons: when I booked the car online, I paid full amount which my contract says include insurance fully covered, but when I got to turkey to picked it up, the agent charged me more money. I had no choice because i am there with kid and family, the car that i rented had no gas, it was on red sign, I am in another country and they give out the car without no gas, that is very shameful. they also claim that i used to tool for bridge for 655 Turkish money without providing me any documentation on it.

Cons: Supplied a dangerous dirty vehicle and reps on the desk would not rectify, would 100% avoid Car collected at 1.30am with no fuel, a punctured tyre, 1 headlight not working, no airbags working and a do not drive warning lamp on dash. Car broke down several times during the trip.

Pros: Picked us up at airport, took to their office - fairly quick and easy pickup process. No surprises or upcharges - price was exactly as booked online. Easy quick drop off.

Cons: The car they initially tried to give us wasn't in very good shape so when we asked they gave us a different one of the same model, but in much better condition. Overall good and easy process.

Pros: Agents were super helpful. Got us to the airport for free after we returned our car for a quick, easy and inexpensive shuttle back to Istanbul.

Pros: hello the is new but the company is very very very bad the name of this company is Pandora because the first day they took 7000 turkisk Lira and paid full for the Car after that i got the car zero gasoline ⛽️ and very dirty when i reached the petrol station another man from same company came to me and told me to change the car because we need to do maintenance and i have car the same but i told him i will never ever change the car and when pick up i called many times he let late checking in

Cons: Car wasn’t up to standard, due to cleanliness as well as the car condition whereas the front window shield was broken. The car had enough fuel for the distance of 2km, which isn’t enough to drive to a gas station.

I am still waiting for my money back since the guy there didn’t understand that I already paid online. So almost double price.

Pros: I realized the night before dropping off the car that I had booked a flight from the other airport. He suggested that I simply drop the car at the other airport. It was only 20 euros!
