Pandora at Istanbul Airport

Pros: It was quick, English was a bit bad but I had my Turkish friend help me so the communication went very smooth.

Cons: We payd around extra 15 euros of toll service - apparently just because it "shows" in the system, a bit uncertain about that. Other than that car was good, instructions good. They said to pay another insurance, we relied on DiscoverCars' insurance and decided to not pay it, in the end it was good we didn't have to use any of i.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Warning. They did take the deposit abd never pay it again. The person is not respectable

Pros: Very bad service and they are theif

Cons: They took too much time for picking up the car and also when I dropped off the same thing happened

Pros: They eventually picked us up from the airport. They did have a car albeit ancient and in poor roadworthy condition. They did eventually sort the car insurance once the police started to get involved.

Cons: Being lied to. Having to buy extra coverage having already paid it. Car not insured leading to detention by police. Exceptionally poor customer service,. Crappy car.

Pros: Clean car and friendly staff

Cons: None

Pros: There office is near Istanbul airport

Cons: The insueace taken is too much

Pros: They don’t gave car even an individual has driving license

Cons: Pathetic

Pros: They gave me new car

Cons: Full insurance is expensive 180 euro I all ready paid extra money online with reservation for full cover but they said it’s not valid so either the website or the company deceived me

Cons: I waited for 45 minutes to get picked, took me to a remote location to their office to pick up the car, wanted to block 590 euros (usually other car rental agencies in istanbul only block 70-150 euro), didn’t give me the car I reserved, wanted to upgrade to a bigger car (only 4 euros difference per day on their website) but they wanted to charge me 20 euros per day extra, and after they blocked the 590 the wanted to charge me 15 euros for after hours pick up even though they were late 45 minutes

Cons: I rented the car from the Discovery Car website and paid the full amount of coverage as well as the insurance. When I arrived at Pandora's place to receive the car, they did not accept the Discovery Car insurance and obligated me to pay 150 euros to obtain the full insurance. They did not know about the Discovery Car company.

Cons: Hard to contact agent and meet at airport. Fuel tank is almost empty. Tricks and traps to collect more money. Car condition is ok but with dashboard light on, told to ignore. Overall, bad experiences, try to avoid if possible.

Pros: other than the car. nothing much

Cons: they seem very untrustworthy. It felt like I was going to be scammed at some point.

Cons: when I booked the car online, I paid full amount which my contract says include insurance fully covered, but when I got to turkey to picked it up, the agent charged me more money. I had no choice because i am there with kid and family, the car that i rented had no gas, it was on red sign, I am in another country and they give out the car without no gas, that is very shameful. they also claim that i used to tool for bridge for 655 Turkish money without providing me any documentation on it.

Pros: They are rent in airport with VIA company not pandora, so this make time to find them.

Cons: They are make good services

Pros: Car very dirty.

Cons: Supplied a dangerous dirty vehicle and reps on the desk would not rectify, would 100% avoid Car collected at 1.30am with no fuel, a punctured tyre, 1 headlight not working, no airbags working and a do not drive warning lamp on dash. Car broke down several times during the trip.

Pros: They took extra money!

Pros: Availabilityof the agent. Quick response from theagent Omar

Pros: Everyvthing

Cons: Every thing

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I had the feeling you were trying to screw me...

Cons: I paid extra money for nothing and difficult to find the office to pick up the car

Cons: We would have preferred to return the car to your site away from the airport rather than at Istanbul airport.

Pros: Picked us up at airport, took to their office - fairly quick and easy pickup process. No surprises or upcharges - price was exactly as booked online. Easy quick drop off.

Cons: The car they initially tried to give us wasn't in very good shape so when we asked they gave us a different one of the same model, but in much better condition. Overall good and easy process.

Pros: The car was average

Cons: The service was awful

Pros: Service is good but the car owner took extra money call me for more info

Pros: It was different car from the advertised one.

Pros: Φιλικό περιβάλλον

Pros: I pay $70 on the down payment so that’s money disappear I don’t know why you have to tell me what happened to the money I gave

Cons: I pay $70 on the down payment so that’s money disappear I don’t know why you have to tell me what happened to the money I gave

Pros: You are just very bad and your service is the worst I ever have .

Pros: The apps was reliable and easy to manage.

Cons: No bad experience.

Pros: Quick drop off car

Cons: All the other things, will never book again from them

Cons: Since I rented the car during winter time, by right Pandora should give to us the car with winter tyres NOT summer tyres which affected our journey in the snow.

Pros: Customer focused. Nice and friendly. Prices are ok.

Cons: Located way outside of the airport.

Pros: - The agent was friendly and could communicate in English.

Cons: - The place is far away from the airport. - The cars are given with empty tank, and it does not matter how the customers return the car. It seems that the tanks are emptied after return. Full to full should be the correct plan...

Pros: Easy process

Cons: Null

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Worst car rental experience in my life, I will email the customer service with a formal complaint.

Pros: Curtesy and good service

Cons: distance

Pros: Actually Pandora is a middle men as I did not have any contact with Pandora what so ever. It is actualo Evo Cars

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Agents were super helpful. Got us to the airport for free after we returned our car for a quick, easy and inexpensive shuttle back to Istanbul.

Pros: hello the is new but the company is very very very bad the name of this company is Pandora because the first day they took 7000 turkisk Lira and paid full for the Car after that i got the car zero gasoline ⛽️ and very dirty when i reached the petrol station another man from same company came to me and told me to change the car because we need to do maintenance and i have car the same but i told him i will never ever change the car and when pick up i called many times he let late checking in

Pros: Integrity and work process

Cons: Car wasn’t up to standard, due to cleanliness as well as the car condition whereas the front window shield was broken. The car had enough fuel for the distance of 2km, which isn’t enough to drive to a gas station.

Pros: bad company request Extra money upon receipt of the car

Pros: It was very easy to pick up and drop off the car, and for sure good price and easy to find the wanted car.

Cons: I dislike the use of Credit card, and blocking money for a month after dropping off the car. Otherwise, everything was perfect and comfortable.

Pros: Punctuality

Cons: I was charged extra money. I had credit in my balance that was enough for the car. However, I was sent a receipt saying I still have to pay 153 euro on pickup, which was insane. I am still waiting for my money back since the guy there didn’t understand that I already paid online. So almost double price.

Pros: Price and availability of car

Pros: n/a

Cons: Pandora mislead the price of the vehicle and the hidden prices.

Pros: Fast and quick. They met me in the airport.

Pros: very bad and disappointing and dishonesty in the relationship and I cooperation

Pros: Overall no issues, but they should process the document much easier and faster to make it easy for the guests.

Cons: NA

Pros: I realized the night before dropping off the car that I had booked a flight from the other airport. He suggested that I simply drop the car at the other airport. It was only 20 euros!

Pros: Drop-off outside terminal

Pros: Very near and clean car at lowest rates!

Cons: A little bit delay in check-in.
