Cons: I had a disappointing experience with this car rental company at Istanbul Airport. When I arrived at the office, there was no staff member present, and I had to call the employee myself. He arrived 20 minutes later, which caused an unnecessary delay. The car I received had almost no fuel, which is unacceptable and very inconvenient after a long flight. The employee did not provide any paperwork or receipt when handing over the car. Additional fees were added by the rental company and an invo

Cons: Got a pretty old car, I have rented over 100x with other companies never had that. Next day I got the car the tyre pressure light got on, I had keep checking the pressure of the tyres, I called windycar and I have been told that it’s probably a mulfunction I shouldn’t have to worry about it ? During my rental the front left light bulb blew off, I had to get it replaced myself and got the money back in local currency just before I flew back which wasn’t very helpful, the drop off was a disaster.

Pros: We were charged 44 euros without explanation what for from the credit card deposit. Car was returned as taken but company tried to blame us for a scratch that was there before. Tank was not full on pickup so we took a picture so this was not the charge.

Cons: Scam - charges my card (without authorisation) for tolls in EUR even though the charges were in TL. They didn't provide the invoice for the charges and didn't communicate that the charges will be taken (despite the fact that I specifically asked for it). The car was in a bad condition.

(There is a gas station 1/2 mile away, they could have brought a full tank) - not open 24 hours and charged me for the garage to return early - Sort of cocky attitude from the rep in our text communication for the return. - They "upgraded" the car, which is not good for small parking spots and streets in Istanbul. - The tire pressure warning was on throughout, they claimed that it was OK.

I booked through visa credit and at the desk I had cash visa debit and also said same card orginal booking not with me but can be booked online they did not accept anything and the most rude staff... I will put reviews on booking.com and social media soon if you don't return my deposit...
