Pros: Car wheels were very bad

Cons: I got to pay by Visa HGS/OGS 65.89 euros without any explanation.

Pros: I got the car I requested!

Cons: I never got the baby seat that I paid for, plus the hidden costs that I had to pay.

Pros: We were charged 44 euros without explanation what for from the credit card deposit. Car was returned as taken but company tried to blame us for a scratch that was there before. Tank was not full on pickup so we took a picture so this was not the charge.

Cons: Scam - charges my card (without authorisation) for tolls in EUR even though the charges were in TL. They didn't provide the invoice for the charges and didn't communicate that the charges will be taken (despite the fact that I specifically asked for it). The car was in a bad condition.

Cons: Your company is not honest. No delivery of documents either at beginning of rental nor at the end. Actual invoiced cost $246 US much higher than rental cost $163 US. The return address I was given in Geziemir refused to accept the car. I had to drive another 15 km to Izmir airport to return vehicle

(There is a gas station 1/2 mile away, they could have brought a full tank) - not open 24 hours and charged me for the garage to return early - Sort of cocky attitude from the rep in our text communication for the return. - They "upgraded" the car, which is not good for small parking spots and streets in Istanbul. - The tire pressure warning was on throughout, they claimed that it was OK.

I booked through visa credit and at the desk I had cash visa debit and also said same card orginal booking not with me but can be booked online they did not accept anything and the most rude staff... I will put reviews on booking.com and social media soon if you don't return my deposit...

Cons: I called them and informed them that the flight was delayed, for that reason I could not help in time. We asked them to wait for us, but they were indifferent... we were left without a car and without money... horrible experience!!!

Cons: Windy car has no office in the airport by their name, they are under 5S office name. They didn’t notify me before, and there was no sign to guide. It’s take time to find them after calling the number in the invoice. Drop off take time due to waiting for for the agent to come despite calling him 20 min.
