Circular car hire at Istanbul Airport

Pros: They were not helpful at all. They contacted me with different numbers and then I had an issue with the car. They didn’t respond and cost me 2200 Turkish lira to solve it.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Thank you very much for the agent . Everything was polite and easy during pick up and drop off

Pros: I liked that the car was ready to be collected straight away but when i returned the car.

Cons: I liked that the car was ready to be collected straight away but when i returned the car i obviously did not wash or clean the car as i never do with an rental car and apparently it will be deducted from my deposit as I never washed or cleaned the car i have never heard such stupid condition. Also during my rental the rear brake lights stopped working also which is not safe at all.

Cons: The car return. Very poorly managed. Ahmet had not been informed the vehicle was being dropped off until 6:58 am.

Pros: They were quite helpful but I wasn't aware of Toll charges which they should have explained during pick up. I still don't know how much those would as they will deduct from deposit

Pros: Car company was not only bad. It was extremely bad. They offered me an old car, it was not like as I ordered. I had to accept because I had no other choice. I have waited with my family at the airport for them to get the car as they are late. The car was not clean. There are a lot thing to tell. I highly don’t recommend. And the workers were so rude.

Cons: The car didn't show up and my deposit was taken. There was no booth-it was difficult to call-noone on the call had my reservation. Apparently the courier left as my flight was delayed but no communication from the car hire. I had to chase the company up with many emails and no compensation. I won't use discover cars again.

Cons: I hate picking up a car 1/2 full of fuel with comment , bring it back the same, that’s almost impossible to do.

Cons: The car was given to me with an empty tank of fuel under the policy "same for same". Not a nice move by the agent. I've always rented cars and it's always been full tank of fuel. With this policy the agent is hoping you're returning the car with some fuel left. Just reflects the mentality of the car agent. Not good. Secondly, I requested a baby seat before the trip but the agent did not realise that and when we drove to the car rental agency he provided with a very old bad condition car seat.

Cons: Very difficult to meet up with agency as they're not at the airports, which was unclear at time of booking. Had to wait both times. Plus charged an additional fee and when I emailed to get answers I never got a response.

Pros: Everything was great! Car was brand new. I didn't had to wait one minute on pick up and drop off, everything was on time. It is easy to find a car and comunication was great and easy. I already used Circular car hire, and will definetly use it again.

Pros: Very easy to deal with. And you don’t have to walk far to get a car. Only inside the terminal area, in the waiting area for car, bus and taxi passengers.

Cons: No gps and rear camera. However, we can use google maps on our own phones. Be ready with high internet data. 😄

Pros: The rental car was always available and responsive. waited for us the at pick up point and were there at the dropping off time. Everything was smooth and fast. I read different bad reviews but honestly we didn’t have any single problem with them and I would recommend to anybody travelling to Turkey.

Cons: The car I asked for (Desial Intermediate) did not get, they gave Pertol compact. Drop off delay, Policy was behind me to move the car while I was waiting for them to come and take the car, although I told them before of my exact arrival time many times

Cons: The brakes did not work properly. They needed brake fluid. Upon return, I waited at the airport for 45 minutes until someone met me. When I told him about the brakes, he didn’t seem to care at all.

Cons: I’m not happy because on 5 August I got a car in airport was quarter fuel I was driven to yalova 1:30 minutes from Istanbul on motorway let me dawn also I had my family with me wife and 3 children I called them they not answering my phone shame I was lucky I get a taxi after 2 hours to get a fuel shame so may advise for everyone bee away from this company also my €100 was for deposit they take £47 of me just for 6 toll charge They advise me to not pay toll charge but charging me £47 shame

Cons: To begin with, the person who had to give us the car was not at the agreed place, since they do not have a physical office. we had to wait more than an hour. when they come they want to charge us 260 € to return the car at another airport, since I refuse they leave without giving me the car and I have to take a taxi to my hotel. I contact discovercars and they manage to get me the car. They kept me 2 deposits of 100 euros each until the end of the rental. The personal was angry and disrespect.

Cons: The deposit is not refunded yet. The car was 15 minutes late and I had to wait outside in the rain waiting in a creepy pick up location. The car leasing employee kept insisting that I should pay extra for insurance. They also would not sign the paper when I returned the car although they inspected every square inch

Pros: They tried to solve problem. The first car broke on highway but next day Circular replaced the car. Similarly the second car showed warning lights and they replaced it again. They also upgraded my car.

Cons: For an 18 day, 9 seater rental, the car given had a an overused engine condition (160,000 km on it). It broke on highway which I had to tow 200km on my own expense.

Cons: Few things: - the car was very dirty. - I took me 50 minutes to find the agent to pick the car up. - it wasn’t the car which I am looking for. - I was about to lose my flight because of the picking up delay by the agent. -Finally the company is not based in the airport so you will struggle to find the agent.
