Pros: - Car quality was good
Cons: - They operate under another name is not EXPY, it was very hard to find the place to pick the car, we need to call them and the company actually calls EVA. - Not flowing proper process to check the car, made all very confusing - Pressure to get insurance - Staff don’t speak English very well - When drooping the car back there was no receipt or any explanation about extra taxes for tolls, again quite confusing - Tricky fuel policy. There is barley no fuel and you bring back same.

Cons: Got to the car rental office (Eva-Expy) and car was not on location despite providing pick up time and flight info. We had to wait about 1.5 hours with luggage and kids until car arrived. People in the rental office tried to sell insurance in exchange for not having deposit hold on credit card as well.

Pros: low price
Cons: - Gas tank was so empty it could only take us to the airport gas station. - Car was very dirty. - The tires were overly inflated and we had to fix it. (It was hard to diagnose it as I don't speak Turkish) - Car documents were not handed to us. We found them after drop-off in the glove compartment. - 1 company pretended to be three different ones (Eva, Expy, Nokta). Because of that, they couldn't use my credit card to process the 2 rentals I booked with my credit card. - No one in the airport kn

Pros: Not much
Cons: EXPY doesn't exist, its actually called Eva car rent, there is no sign of EXPY nowhere în the airport, needless to say it want easy to find it without knowing this before hand. Another issue is that we received the car with an empty tank. There is a petrol station right outside the airport but you can only do a full tank, and we werent planning on doing 800km with the car.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 3500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 295.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
