Pros: Very easy and fast overall, in pickup, delivery and responding to queries

Pros: + Quick pick up and drop + No scam, they are legitimate and honest + No problem with the car

Cons: - The website promised Peugeot 2008 but we got a smaller Opel - They say full tank but we got something like 75% full and was asked to return the same, which was not easy - The car could be cleaner

Pros: I was at the airport car park for dropp off, their office was locked, same situation happened when I tried to pick my car.

Cons: Poor car condition. The car was realy in bad conditions.

Cons: I had booked a jeep car online but they said it is not available and give me a small car which had multiple accidents, scratches allover the car. The Adblue finished and they acted like it was my responsibility to maintain the car. They were not cooperative at all. they charged me for full day but they wanted me to return the car hours earlier. very unpleasant experience.

Cons: The first rented car was very dirty and there were 2 cups of tea inside the car. The second day the car broke and I communicated with roadside assistance and waited for them to come to tuck the car. The next day I hired a taxi to go to the airport to have another car and when I arrived the pick up office didn’t prepare a car for me. And when they gave me another car the fuel was very low, the tyres need maintenance and there was a toy inside the car (they didn’t clean the car).

Cons: filthiest rental car i have ever had . Absolutely disgusting smell of smoke was unbearable , car was so dirty we almost put plastic bags on the seats . I mentioned this on pick up and drop off and i was told this is rental car and it is what it is .. very poor condition , car had more dents and bruises than a 2nd world war tank.

Cons: I contracted to receive the car with a full tank, but I received the car with the tank almost empty, which caused me a big problem until I was able to fill up the vehicle.

Pros: I came to pick up the car the office was closed and had to wait for 25 minutes after a 10 hours flight until someone showed up.

Cons: I came to drop off the car at 4 am the office was closed and I messaged the office num no one responded to me. So I had to drop off the car and leave the keys inside and take the risk. I had to take pics and videos of the car and sent the to the office for proof of drop off. The car wasn’t clean inside.

Pros: Unfortunately, the employee treated me badly and cancelled for a reason that was not on the list and I did not see it. I wanted to see the condition and he refused. His treatment was extremely bad. I do not recommend it.

Pros: Ok Mobility representative at the airport was very helpful, at time of returning the car I realised I had been overcharged so he gave me on the spot refund to my credit card.

Cons: At the time of picking up the car no ones was at the counter further more no one answered phone regardless of what number I rang. They can definitely improve on that.

Cons: Upon arriving at Terminal 1 to pick up the car, I was informed by the car rental company that they had no available cars. As a result, I was unable to obtain the rental car as booked. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for this booking to be credited back to my account. Pros: So rude staff on airport desk , we were waiting nearly 20 min , he was no there, he was very rude and argumentative

Pros: Once you have the agent, they are friendly but cannot explain why they are forced to charge you for insurance when I clearly did not want it.

Pros: Quick rental, pickup. Modern, ergonomic new car with extras in good condition and with only 19000km.

Cons: It is still blocked 725TLY out of the originally 7080TLY although they confirmed in written during checkout and also 24 hours after checkout that everything was fine. No email contact, just expensive telephone call options. I have contacted them via Facebook. Car could had been cleaner and was a smoking car. Discovercars was also informed but no feedback yet. If the issue is solved then I will updated this rating but I was requested by Discovercars to rate the rental until June 1.

Cons: The car was dusty on the outside Lane keeping system in the car when driving. I think it's good but I'm not used to it I wear a seat belt when driving. However, the car system sometimes shows that I do not put it on, so I have to stop and restart the engine to overcome this. Note: This only happened twice in four days
