Pros: They not responding and not giving my money

Pros: They were clear friendly and professional

Pros: People were nice and helpful

Cons: They tried to push hard to get their 4 times higher price full insurance despite the fact that I have already got full insurance coverage while booking. Their insurance deposit is not justified while I got full insurance coverage.

Pros: They are not friendly

Cons: Not good

Pros: The fact that the office is inside the airport is a huge benefit. Very helpful and friendly front desk and car pick up staff. at drop off, they didn't hassle me to get more money. Also, when the bill for HGS came, the were transparent and sent it to me before charging my card. I've used this company in several countries, Was never disappointed.

Cons: The service was excellent all around. the only thing I didn't like, that the car didn't have good thread on the tires and felt a bit loose when changing lanes on the highway.

Cons: i rent 2008 peugeot 2008 but in pickup time they told me we haven’t this car and similar, they give me opel corsa 😞 , in drop off time i forgot to take my iPhone cable and after pass the passport check out i call and message to person of “ Ok Mobility “ and no answer, no answer and also no any email for drop off confirmation 😕 , totally i rent from many companies, i never feel bad points like this anymore,

Cons: they gave me car with mechanical issue , there was a voice come from the car and when I called the service no one answered me the persons who received the car from me in the time of drop off , he entered the car before I took my belongs, then I noticed that he changed the location of perfume which I put at the passenger seat and when I searched, I found it in the front box and when I traveled I discovered that he took the sun glasses from the car and they said nothing found

Pros: Very easy and fast overall, in pickup, delivery and responding to queries

Cons: I had booked a jeep car online but they said it is not available and give me a small car which had multiple accidents, scratches allover the car. The Adblue finished and they acted like it was my responsibility to maintain the car. They were not cooperative at all. they charged me for full day but they wanted me to return the car hours earlier. very unpleasant experience.

Cons: The first rented car was very dirty and there were 2 cups of tea inside the car. The second day the car broke and I communicated with roadside assistance and waited for them to come to tuck the car. The next day I hired a taxi to go to the airport to have another car and when I arrived the pick up office didn’t prepare a car for me. And when they gave me another car the fuel was very low, the tyres need maintenance and there was a toy inside the car (they didn’t clean the car).

Pros: Very good

Cons: Good

Pros: not a lot to be honest

Cons: filthiest rental car i have ever had . Absolutely disgusting smell of smoke was unbearable , car was so dirty we almost put plastic bags on the seats . I mentioned this on pick up and drop off and i was told this is rental car and it is what it is .. very poor condition , car had more dents and bruises than a 2nd world war tank.

Pros: Inside of the car was really dirty.

Cons: شركه تدور اي شيء بالسياره عشان يسحبون فلوس من العميل وللاسف تم سحب ٥٠٠ ريال لاجل حكه بسيطه جدا بالسياره

Pros: Good helpful, only there is deposit €200 they promised to return back to me shortly

Cons: Big deposit amount compared with rental charges

Cons: I contracted to receive the car with a full tank, but I received the car with the tank almost empty, which caused me a big problem until I was able to fill up the vehicle.

Pros: Car was great

Cons: Not easy to find desk and the pick up center

Pros: I came to pick up the car the office was closed and had to wait for 25 minutes after a 10 hours flight until someone showed up.

Cons: I came to drop off the car at 4 am the office was closed and I messaged the office num no one responded to me. So I had to drop off the car and leave the keys inside and take the risk. I had to take pics and videos of the car and sent the to the office for proof of drop off. The car wasn’t clean inside.

Pros: Unfortunately, the employee treated me badly and cancelled for a reason that was not on the list and I did not see it. I wanted to see the condition and he refused. His treatment was extremely bad. I do not recommend it.

Cons: So Bad

Pros: Fairly quick check in/check out process

Cons: Vehicle had a damaged rim which they would not change or exchange. Huge concern as we were planning a long road trip.

Pros: Friendly and efficiency rental agents.

Cons: there was no navigation option on the radio screen and that the language was only Turkish.

Pros: The rental desk documentation was very smooth without any additional charge. The didn’t try to get extra money for their own insurance and… also they upgraded car without extra money

Cons: The car wasn’t clean at all

Cons: Booked online. I was told they have no car for me. And refuse to refund my deposit.

Pros: nothing

Cons: Upon arriving at Terminal 1 to pick up the car, I was informed by the car rental company that they had no available cars. As a result, I was unable to obtain the rental car as booked. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for this booking to be credited back to my account. Please confirm the receipt of this request and provide an estimated timeline for the processing of my refund. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Salah Al Eliwi +90 552 608 3989

Cons: car was clean but the windows and dashboard required cleaning and dusting down.

Pros: Low daily price

Cons: High amount of deposit

Pros: Once you have the agent, they are friendly but cannot explain why they are forced to charge you for insurance when I clearly did not want it.

Cons: Being overcharged. More for insurance and deposit which I still do not have. Also, the car had tire issues for which I paid money but did not get reimbursed.

Pros: easy pick up /easy drop off the car

Pros: Quick rental, pickup. Modern, ergonomic new car with extras in good condition and with only 19000km.

Cons: It is still blocked 725TLY out of the originally 7080TLY although they confirmed in written during checkout and also 24 hours after checkout that everything was fine. No email contact, just expensive telephone call options. I have contacted them via Facebook. Car could had been cleaner and was a smoking car. Discovercars was also informed but no feedback yet. If the issue is solved then I will updated this rating but I was requested by Discovercars to rate the rental until June 1.

Cons: Car wasn't full at pick up but plenty of fuel for what we needed. Took a while to work out invoice in Turkish but office got back to us

Cons: Impossible to teach customer service representatives by phone.

Cons: Payment of the car insurance value via the Internet with the reservation. When I arrived at the airport, the airport employee took the car insurance value again. Why did he refuse to deliver the car until after paying the additional insurance value?

Cons: معقدين في التسليم ولا يعيد قيمة التأمين

Pros: I'll never repeat the experience with this company

Pros: Extend one day has a big different rate

Cons: Extend one day has a big different rate

Pros: I forgot my ID in the car after delivering it. I contacted them and they were helpful about it The car was relatively comfortable

Cons: The car was dusty on the outside Lane keeping system in the car when driving. I think it's good but I'm not used to it I wear a seat belt when driving. However, the car system sometimes shows that I do not put it on, so I have to stop and restart the engine to overcome this. Note: This only happened twice in four days

Pros: سيارة نظيفة و حديثة

Cons: طلبوا إضافة مبلغ للتأمين الشامل مع أنني دفعت هذا المبلغ للتأمين الشامل عندكم
