Then started going through my passport and looking at all my visa’s. Made a comment about my USA visa to which I told him was not his business. He then replied that it’s ‘Not a problem’ if he looks through my passport at my other visas for his own amusement. When I told him that I’d like my passport back, he threw my passport at me and told me ‘No car!’

Then the rental agent at the desk tried to make online payment with m golden credit card without notifying me, not once, but several times. What happened then? My bank blocked all of my cards and accounts due to a suspected fraud attempt. I had then to call my bank in my homeland. Waited over an hour on the line in order to fix this problem.
