Cons: عدم وجود موظف جيد لم يستطيع إدخال بيانات البطاقة لعدة مرات اسوء تجربه جلسنا في المطار لمدة ساعة ونص لإدخاله معلومات خاطئه عن بطاقة الائتمان خمس الي سته محاولات خاطئه على البطاقة لإدخال الصلاحية
Pros: I received the car and was under the service even next day I called them about the car need the service and no body respond and the was not a back camera and no sensor even the wiper was damaged.
Cons: In airport office forced me to pay for police report they told me for minor damage the police won't come to make the report on this case you have to pay 3600 TL I refused because I paid for full insurance then he told there's a discount 1650 TL and I paid I think is kind of tricked but I don't want to waste more time then I paid 1650 TL and I paid deposit 1500 TL .
Cons: Car interior and exterior were fully dirty. They gave me the car with empty tank of gas. Yes it was empty, fully empty. Car was showing estimate miles until tank done is 3 miles. They wanted me bring back like exactly this. How can i do that? I felt stressful. I returned the car with gas more then i receive because i can not hit the road with empty gas tank. I never use this car rental company and also probably discovercars.

Cons: Horrible service, spent too much time picking up then got smaller car from the one I rented online, the car needed service after 4 days, getting customer service was a nightmare and when I get to someone and they don’t have an answer they just hang up on you, after drop off charges keeps coming for cigarettes burn and I am not even a smoker, also when I returned the car half way through the reservation I should get %50 refund from the rental cost but no greenmotion takes your money and then some

Cons: All of my experience was a disaster. They forced me to sign a mail order agreement where the blank for the price is empty and they said it is for traffic fines but it is a really legal misconduct I think. There are many things as I stated in the comment box under the first question.

Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, SUVs a driver license valid for at least 4 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory. In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, driver license with photo.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
For the Luxury, Premium car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
Maestro, American Express, Diners, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional charges will be applied. Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
