Keddy at Istanbul Airport

Cons: The telephone number on the voucher was wrong and I did not find the office at IST Airport Terminal. I had to chat to the agent 9nline and then given another number and then I was told its part of EuropeCar which they have an office at IST Airport. They should update the contact details.

Cons: We had issue with the rental services. The Europcar employer in Istanbul airport requested us to return the car license when we dropping off the car which we didnt even know what was that. No one gave us that when we took the car. The pick up process was so fast that the staff didnt even explain many things. We had to ask how and who to contact during emergency and how to out of the parking building. The company is good but some service required improvement for sure.

Cons: I received the car with tire low pressure. When I told the rental office worker he said the tire is safe just stop at gas station & refill it again, moreover, the car dashboard show me tire alarm every day

Cons: Everything was perfect but the Representative (Europe Car) they are forcing customers not to book cars through different agencies they forced me to book directly from them. I booked the Car with full insurance but they said if you have any accident you have to pay us maybe your Company will not be able to cover.

Cons: I arrived at the desk early hours of the morning after a night flight. I was told by the staff who spoke little English the car I reserved was not available? This was very frustrating as he said he could only give me a 3 door or a saloon car both were unsuitable as i had 3 children and luggage. After 40 mins he finally gave me a dacia duster but at an extra cost. I wouldn't have paid the extra but children were getting agitated so gave in. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me!
