Pros: لأكيد، هاي صياغة واضحة وقوية بالتركي: Rezervasyon numaramı görevliye verdim, check-in yaptığımı ve gerekli tüm belgelerin yanımda olduğunu söyledim. Ayrıca ücretini de ödemiştim. Buna rağmen benimle hiç ilgilenmedi ve rezervasyonumu kapattı. Ücret iadesi de yapılmadı. 24 saatlik bir yolculuktan sonra çok yorgundum ve yaşadığım bu durum gerçekten çok rahatsız ediciydi.

Pros: We are travelling with friends. They got Enterpriese car rental and got better cars for lower price. Arriving in. Istambul they had an uograde with no cost and we got a lower category car than hired with no refund. We delivered the car today. Still are to received the refund of rhe warranty deposit which was request in the amount of 460 euro. They got the refund in 2 hours after return of the car. They paid a deposit of 150 euro and us a much bigger one. europcar is not a to go company anymore.

Pros: Pick up speed was quite good and organised.

Cons: The car which was given to us wasn't good enough. There should be something wrong with the engine. We started our journey and hit the motorway but within 5 minutes we realised that the car could only make 60 miles. If you push to 70 miles then the engine was so loud and it went up to 4.500 rpm which wasn't normal. It would definitely consume more petrol than it should be. Anyway, we returned the car back and paid around £135 more to get a better car. The second car was automatic gear/diesel.

Pros: The guy who helped me load the luggage at the airport when I picked up the car.

Cons: There is only on fuel line when I picked the car the fuel light started as soon as I left the airport and I wasn't sure if I can make it to the petrol pump. Both agents at the pick up and drop off. The drop off agent he didn't even show me the way to the passenger building at the airport. The drop off location is very complex and hard to find.

Cons: When i went to pick up no one at the desk. Left waiting 10 mins then gave me the car with horn not working, when i said it they said its okay and they didnt have other cars. Upon drop off there were no trolleys available and the guy at the desk said yeah. Just carry the bags and go, i had 6 pieces of luggage and they didnt care. No one could speak English and drop off desk also had to wait for the worker to come as no one was at the desk. Car was given very dirty and the worker Didn’t care

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
Fuel deposit prices can vary depending on the car model and market fuel prices in force when collecting the car.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Winter package, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
