Cons: air condition of the car did not work the global car agent pressed me to pay extra €170.- because according global car agent the mastercard business card to not suite to make € 1100.- deposit for caution .... never again global car /discorver cars!

Pros: They were willing to drop off and pick up the car outside of normal working hours for a fee. They were basically friendly on the phone and in person. However, they did not actually show up to these paid for times on time despite numerous phone call reminders that we were waiting.

Cons: 1. They were over an hour late to the paid for pickup time even though I had called the night before to confirm and multiple times once we got there. 2. They were over an hour late to the paid for drop off even though I called the night before, 30min before we arrived, and when we they didn’t show up. 3. They gave us a car with no gas at night in a foreign city. 4. They didn’t give us the car we paid for and refused to give us a refund for the difference.

Pros: Original service fine but in extended the car twice due to lockdown and 6100 dhirhams was retained at the end of rental that I still have not had refunded despite phoning and emailing all paperwork and photos of condition of car when I got it originally.

Cons: Once the agents at global who extended my car saw all the paper work they are claiming not to speak English as do not want to refund me.i have been cheated and am disappointed as disciveries regular customer.
