Pros: The car was in good condition and easy to return

Cons: Getting the car took time as we didn't know that you have to phone and let them know that you are ready for your car - they don't have a rental office so someone turns up with a car. Having to provide driving licence details to someone with no ID was a little worrying.

Pros: Nothing. The pleasure will be never dealing with them again and hopefully they will go bankrupt.

Cons: Providing a vehicle with numerous scuffs, scratches, imperfections and indentations to the bodywork that were difficult to photograph due to the poor lighting. It was obvious that T-Cut had been used to try and hide various marks which upon returning the vehicle I was accused of causing more damage. I took photographs throughout my time with this vehicle. The representative had no time for me when I was collecting the car and just disappeared so there was no communication regarding all the damag

Pros: Very clean car, very good condition of it. All defects were communicated before. Also very easy dropping off procedure in the same parking. So definetly recommend this service.

Cons: Nobody waited us at car rental office and all information was sent to WhatsUp (how to find car, etc) - but not everyone uses this app :) also the car was open and key were left inside- never had such experience:)

Pros: Very good car. Easy to pick up and drop off.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that when I dropped off the car I wanted to make sure that the person that was waiting to pick it up (Rasheed if I remember) was really an authorized employee. He seemed irritated that I didn't recognise him and that I wanted to make a phone call to make sure. Also he was a bit rude after I made the call, telling us to imediatelly take out our luggage because he wants to drive off. This was rude because we waited for him for about 5 minutes before and he couldn't wait 30 s

Pros: Good efficient service. Colleague checked car over with us beforehand and took photos. Clean car. Easy enough to get hold of someone for the car return and quick handover.

Cons: Wheel trims missing on 2 wheels and one reversing light not working. Would expect the latter to be fixed by a rental company constantly renting out cars.

Pros: Absolute scam. turned up at the airport, couldn't find the desk. Rang the office for directions, when we finally found it there was just one guy with an iPad, no furniture in the room. Tried to take £1200 off my credit card and said if the car is back in the same condition we will refund it. How would I know if its in the same condition? How do I know there is nothing wrong with it? I refused to pay the £1200, he then said if you use a debit card instead we'll just take £500. We just left.

Pros: Guy at airport tried his best but the car delivery was 2 hours late, despite me booking weeks in advance. Car condition was good.

Cons: Office at Malta airport hard to find (separate from ALL other car hire offices); delivery was 2 hours late, 'rental' fee paid in advance was actually a reservation fee to broker. On arrival, I still had to pay car rental - choice of either 1200 euro 'refundable' deposit subject to ridiculous damage scrutiny that did not even offer cover for tyres and windscreen, or pay an additional 300 euros to rent the car for the week with zero excess. Save cash, book direct, don't bother reserving!!
