Pros: Mark from Amaze was excellent - very courteous, kind and contactable via w'app. He was very helpful and managed to get the vehicles to the terminal instead of going to the rental park located away from the arrival terminal

Cons: Mark made a difference so no issues with service - not sure what it would be like dealing with any other staff member etc

Pros: The car was very nice and new with low mileage and larger than we had booked. The price was reasonable and the representative was friendly and helpful when he finally arrived. Picking up the car was slow, but return was very fast.

Cons: When we arrived the office was locked and nobody was answering either of the phone numbers we had been given. As we had given our flight number I did expect someone to be there. So I had to phone the booking agent to check someone was actually coming. After about 45mins a staff member showed up, but he was the only one so we then had to wait for other people to get their rental contract. Then we managed to get lost trying to find the correct car park in the dark. Instructions were not clear.

Pros: The car was spotless when we collected and the drop off when we returned to the airport went smoothly. We had no issues with the car on our trip. Everything we booked was provided. The staff were friendly and mostly really helpful.

Cons: 1. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE £1500 AVAILABLE ON l CREDIT CARD (must be credit not debit) before collecting the car. The card MUST be in the drivers name. We nearly had an issue with this but thankfully my card pulled through. It was not stated as a condition in the booking email. Without this credit available they try to upsell you a daily insurance that would have more than doubled our overall price. 2. Make sure you can fit a different baby seat yourself if hiring as they don’t fit it for you!!
