Pros: The car had scratches and it didn't look as advertised. Also the sprayed water for the front window wasn't enough, little things make a big difference. I hope they check the cars before they give it to clients.

Cons: Better cars are in demand we know, so are the payments, we pay to get a good car.

Pros: Customer Service wasn't too bad.

Cons: The car we got was filthy, not just dirty but filthy. The air conditioning smelled of a damp. Shortly after leaving the airport we discovered tyre pressure was very low. The car was full of dents and scratches. Also, it turned out AddCar is called Pepa Car Rental which adds to a confusion when you try to find their stand at the airport.
