Pros: nothing

Cons: turned up late, car not of class booked, scratches not marked on rental, full to full was chosen but car only a quarter full, tyre flat within 40 mins of pick up, spare not up to standard, didn't turn up to return car at airport so had to leave it unlocked with keys inside, still not heard from rental company about complaint 4 days later. Totally rubbish service.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: It was Goldcar, we were told VW Polo or similar and got a Dachia Sandero which smelt terribly of fish, we had to but 2 air fresheners to get rid of the smell. It was a rubbish, under powered heap of junk.

Pros: The only positive was the quick handback. Otherwise, we did not have a good experience. Picking up the car took an hour, overcharging was out of order.

Cons: Overcharging on extra insurance and bullying attitude. The fact they only had one person on duty on the pick up desk when there were 5 people waiting at any one time. Unacceptable

Pros: The rental car being so close to the terminal

Cons: When booking on line I requested full insurance and knew how much I had to pay on collection. However on collection there was more to pay for what they called their full insurance!!!

Pros: Nice car, friendly staff.

Cons: I left the car with a full tank of fuel and was told the money would be released to my bank account within 2-3 days.I am still waiting 4 days later for it to be returned. I When I picked the car up I was informed that I would have to pay the full insurance costs of£228 because I didn't have a credit card.Not everyone has a credit card!!! This was a hidden cost and I had to pay this money from our holiday funds..Very disappointed this was not explained fully before hiring the car..

Pros: We didn't see ACE rent a car, it was some Gold Rhodium place and the car was horrible we ended up not using it much because of the poor quality of the car and for safety reasons we avoided it

Cons: There is no ACE rent a car they use the services from someone else. I would go direct to big company names from now on...all a scam
