Pros: Nothing , pure cheat

Cons: You miserably failed us. Yoou wrote that the car service was at the airport. Arriving at about 01 .00 after very tough flights am we were desperatly looking for the agency. We discovered by pure accident that it was not at the airport. We had to wait 20 minutes till thry arrived to pick us up. On the return they did not come with the shuttle service..where we left the car according to agreement. We waited 40 minutes. We had to find taxi and managed to get to the airport at the last moment. !!!

Cons: There was no name Abby Car it was ANC. We couldn’t find it. Spent a long time looking then waiting in the heat. No one answered the phone. It wasn’t at the airport we had to take the shuttle which took a long time to arrive and driver not helpful with luggage. Put the correct name on the information!!! And say there is a desk at the airport under ANC. CREATED STRESS ABD TOOK TOO LONG!

Pros: Good car, easy to drive, easy to figure out the controls for a Canadian renting a European car.

Cons: Took us way too long to figure out where/how to get our rental car. The voucher says nothing about ABBYCAR being the same company or whatever relationship it is to ANC Rentals. Had to wait for a shuttle to the rental company store which is more wasted time and same on the return.

Pros: Employees friendly and helpful; once we arrived at the rental car location, there was not a long wait for the car. Employees efficiently replaced our car when something went wrong with the first one.

Cons: Car rental location was far from the airport. Car had to be replaced due to a broken windshield wiper, which required an additional trip to the rental location.

We spent at least 30 minutes at the very small airport walking back and forth and talking to different people trying to find out where the car and/or shuttle was. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Licences issued in Mexico are not accepted.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
