Pros: Not much except they were responsive to calls and txts.
Cons: Shady, uncomfortable feeling during the check-in process... see above comments. Car had almost 100,000 miles, brakes sounded (grinding) as if they would fail at anytime.

Pros: Good on gas.
Cons: The car was a junker- the windshield wipers didn’t work even if it was lightly raining and the tire pressure was low for the majority of the trip. The car was majorly dented and scratched and made a loud noise every time it ran. We let them know our concerns early on and they said not to worry about anything but it’s always a concern when renting cars due to having to pay for other peoples damages. The employee was also late on picking up and dropping off, even when communicating.

Pros: Easy communication over Whatsapp. I loved the fact that I had a Smurfs-bleu colored car, easy to find it back in a sea of white rental cars.
Cons: I ordered a GPS, which was not present in the car, but in the end it was not necessary as Google-Maps worked everywhere and it was quite easy to get around. 15€ for the GPS was reimbursed without problem.

Cons: I do think that when picking up the car, some relevant details of the contract could be explained or shared as people are usually tired from a flight and want to be on their way.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
