Cons: Lors du drop off l'agent tente de nous faire payer un frais de lavage de véhicule sous prétexte que nous avions refusé cette prime lors du pick-up. Ce qui était complètement faux, il nous avait jamais rien proposé ni même posé aucune question. De plus, le véhicule n'était pas sale de façon déraisonnable. Nous n'avions roulé dans aucun chemin terreux. Il n'a pas parlé de cela aux autres clients qui ont ramené des véhicules en même temps que nous.

Pros: It was cheap and the shuttle to/from the airport was fast.

Cons: Everything else. Getting the car took an hour and we were only 2nd in line. Dropping off I refused to wait in the 6-deep line for an agent (mostly people picking up) and had to go in the parking lot to flag someone down. They rent out cars that desperately need to have the battery replaced.

Pros: Easy pick-up and drop-off, helpful and polite agent, ability to change the pick-up date without any additional costs, fast return of a deposit.

Cons: The car was worse than we would expect, already rather heavily used, however, we had no problems during the rent period which is good.

The service agent had to handle all the paperwork and personally escort each client to their vehicle, which led to unnecessary delays. I felt the process could be more efficient. The service was very good , however not enough staff at pick up and drop off. The service agent has to fill up the paper work and the bring the client to the car. I find it’s slightly to much time wasted.

No permitió cambiar al conductor por otro que era el titular de la tarjeta con la se pago la reserva, obligando a pagar segundo conductor. Pros: The car we rented was fine. It had several dents and scratches in. These were appropriately marked in the paperwork that we were given to assure us that we would not be charged for these scratches upon our return.

Cons: The location was offsite from the airport and difficult to navigate. They don’t have a consistent bus traveling back-and-forth between the airport and required that I call to schedule a pick up. We waited 30 or 40 minutes to figure this out and be picked up. Upon return, there was a great influx of vehicles and an inappropriate amount of staff to deal with this.It took us 30 minutes to check our car in.

Insurance options are way to pricey for car value. Not recommended at all.

This treatment was extremely unprofessional, and we hold ANC/Discover responsible for financial damages incurred.

Once we landed, i called contact i had been given and within few mins, our ride to car rental office arrived to pick up us. Quite higher credit card deposit was released quite quickly though. Best price offered. Very polite customer service, we even communicated via WhatsApp.

Cons: They aren't located at the airport and I had to call them and wait for them to come pick us up, which was not ideal after long travels to get there. Three of us rented cars through Discover.com -- one used Hertz without an issue, the other two of us went with ANC and would not use them again.

Pros: They were quick and adaptive in picking us up at the airport, and dropping us off (despite the latter being before their opening hours). The car was clean and tidy, and there were no issues or disagreements concerning the state upon returning.

Cons: In the papers sent to us by DiscoverCars, it was stated that we should find ANC's office in the airport upon landing, after which we would be driven to the main office. ANC doesn't have any office at all in the airport though, which we only found out after walking back and forth several times without finding them. Upon calling them, however, they were friendly, and quickly sent someone to pick us up.

I had to take time out of my trip to get a new car.

Cons: Car I received was clean but pretty banged up. Lots of visible damage. On the positive side it ran well and was pretty cheap.

Pros: Drop off was very fast and shuttle was able to get us to the airport earlier than expected. Cost of these vehicles are much cheaper than ones in the airport terminal.

Cons: Pick up took time with Shuttle and overall volume of people waiting to be serviced. Vehicle was in rough condition but functional for our intended use. Flight delays caused some concern as the rental policy pickup window is very short, customer service eventually referred me directly to the rental company to address the issue which was challenging mid travel.

Pros: Everyone was reasonable and polite.

Cons: I didn't realize they were so far from the airport. It wasn't a big deal but it was a hassle on the front end to get the car as we had to wait for a shuttle.

Cons: Everything was great other than when arriving at the airport there was nobody in the ANC book to organize our shuttle from the airport to pick up the car. We waited for about 45 minutes before turning on our phone data to make a call to the company. Once we called they sent a driver right away and service from there on was great. Also found the jump in price from standard to automatic to be very surprising.

Cons: They go out of their way to be vague and omit important information. They were also going to price gouge us for an extra day of rental. Car was as old as Stone Henge

Pros: Very friendly employees. Everything went smoothy, from reservation to pick up to drop off. Car was amazing and clean. We put some scratches on the car. We solved eveything asap and with no problems. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Thank you.

Cons: Na volta do ANC para o aeroporto (ontem) fomos com um artista que parecia que estava no WRC. Acelerava ao máximo até travar a fundo ao carro da frente. Foi a viagem toda a acelerar e a escrever SMS pelo WhatsApp. Eu e a minha mulher chegámos mal dispostos ao aeroporto com a condução.Felizmente a minha filha não vomitou. O casal atrás de nós disse que parecíamos que estávamos num Safari no Quénia ou num Rally no Sri Lanka. Nas curvas acelerava, parecia que íamos fazer a curva a 2 rodas. Péssimo.

Pros: Responded promptly re issues with first car

Cons: 500€ deposit after paying for full insurance. Deposit not returned immediately upon return of car in perfect condition, allowing rental company to make use of the money for 5 weeks. Also car should have some local driving info in the car. Example....due to not knowing about parking restrictions in Ponta Delgada, got a 60€ ticket. Go that extra touch for your tourist customers. It gives them more desire to return.

Pros: Car was exceptionally clean and the representatives were great. When I dropped off the car there was no wait for the shuttle. I would rent from them again.

Cons: Arrived at ANC shuttle desk at 730am to let them know I was there. I was aware that they open at 8am however the shuttle didn’t pick us up until 830am. Since I was the first to arrive for the shuttle, I should have been serviced first. Two people who arrived after I did were looked after before me.

Pros: I appreciated the shuttle transfer to and from the airport and that it was able to accommodate my early flight.

Cons: Only issue was returning car with gas. I had an early flight and needed to drop off the car at 4:30am. There were no gas stations open that would accept my credit cards. I went to 5 different gas stations but was unable to refill the gas. It would be helpful if ANC could notify customers that this could be an issue and suggest that they fill up gas the night before they return the car if they have an early flight
