Pros: Pick up was fast and efficient, and also drop off. Our flight was cancelled so I first extended the rental for 12 hours (still within the original three days paid), and the guy was very efficient doing that. We were then offered a taxi voucher by the airline, so went and anyways returned the car as originally planned, and everything was great, guy was very efficient and helpful

Pros: Anything I would’ve liked is negated by them attempting to corner us into taking a bogus insurance and lying that we caused damage that we did not and thankfully have proof of. Awful business practices.

Cons: As already said, these people decided to operate in bad faith from the minute we arrived. Anything for a dime, even their reputation. I’m so thankful we took photos before departing with the vehicle because we knew they’d attempt to do something like this. What an awful way to treat customers.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Renters from the following country(ies): EU countries must provide the following documents: ID card in order to collect the car.


A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Driving restrictions will apply to certain locations. More information will be available at the rental desk.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Portugal.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
