Pros: The car was ready at Alamo's partner -Guerin. It is possible to do pre check-in via internet. Car was very clean, some scratches, only 27000 km, like new. At airport the rental was provided via tablets with helpful member of Guerin.
Cons: Check more to make sure the vehicle is in good condition. The first car had a fault with the parking assistant and Guerin member wasnt really pleasant

Pros: Pick-up and drop-off were both straightforward.
Cons: I was "upgraded" to a larger car than I really wanted. The car was quite badly scratched and dented, which is not a problem in itself, but it makes you worry that you may be blamed for causing existing damage.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1476.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
