DiscoverCars.com has been shortlisted as a finalist for the 2026 Inspiring Workplaces Awards in Europe

DiscoverCars.com is proud to announce being one of the Inspiring Workplaces Europe finalists 2026. This is a truly remarkable achievement for our corporate culture.

About the awards

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards honours organizations that put their people first, creating cultures of trust, purpose and belonging. More than just a great place to work, these workplaces empower individuals to thrive.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards is a part of the Inspiring Workplaces Group - a global organization dedicated to recognizing and advancing cultures where it all starts with employees, and building an inspiring atmosphere means building success.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards was established in 2015 to honor excellence in culture, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and employee experience. The program operates across all regions, including North America, UK & Ireland, Europe, and Asia-Pacific — bringing the importance of a quality workplace to global attention. 

The process

The system is very clear and starts with a company’s submission, which is later sent to a local panel of independent expert judges for evaluation. The judging process is based on a scoring system, which allows for the identification of finalists right after all organizations were reviewed in accordance with the criteria. From the shortlisted finalists, the highest-ranked organizations will be announced as Inspiring Workplaces winners at the gala dinner.

Entrants around the world submit the same entry form telling their ‘people-first’ story. The form consists of six key elements that are fundamental to creating an exceptional culture, according to the Inspiring Workplaces. These elements are: Culture and Purpose; Leadership; Wellbeing; Inclusion & Belonging; Employee Voice; and Employee Experience.

The first and main nomination is always Inspiring Workplace, followed by additional optional nominations. DiscoverCars.com submitted the form for evaluation under the following categories: Inspiring Workplace, Inspiring Culture, Inspiring Wellbeing, and Inspiring Employee Experience.

Organizations of all sizes and industries are categorized by the number of employees.

What makes this achievement special

This achievement comes right after we were awarded as the Best Places to Work 2026 by the Business Intelligence Group — an award purely based on employee survey. Altogether, it shows different angles of the DiscoverCars.com story.

There are 43 nationalities working at the company at the moment of this announcement, which is a great number for an entity of 250+ employees in total. What comes next

Being the finalist means we are one step closer to being named as an Inspiring Workplace Winner across Europe. The Top 30 Inspiring Workplaces Winners in Europe, along with individual category winners (by business size) and special recognition award winners, will be announced at the Gala Dinner to take place at the Troxy Music Hall in London on May 21, 2026. We look forward to it with great enthusiasm, while living our DiscoverCars.com culture.
