DiscoverCars.com is honored to announce winning the
Best Places to Work Award 2026 administered by the Business Intelligence Group - a leading international organization dedicated to recognizing excellence in business performance and workplace culture.
About the AwardThe Best Places to Work Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate measurable excellence in employee satisfaction and workplace culture, evaluated exclusively through direct employee survey data.
The Awards program has been run annually by the Business Intelligence Group since 2016. It was designed in accordance with direct feedback from previous nominees, and it is based on the principles of Net Promoter Score (NPS). No written nominations, or marketing materials factor into the score.
The Business Intelligence Group was founded with the mission of recognizing true talent and superior performance in business. Along with the Best Places to Work Awards, the group runs a broad range of awards for businesses honoring excellence in a specific field. In 2024, DiscoverCars.com was honored to earn the group’s
Excellence in Customer Service award, and a separate
Innovation award for our Customer Service chatbot.
Selection CriteriaThe 2026 program included six size categories: very small business (10 or fewer employees), small business (11-99 employees), medium size business (100-999 employees), multi-national enterprise (1,000+ employees in 2-10 countries) and global enterprises (1,000+ employees in 10+ countries), with DiscoverCars.com being evaluated in the medium size category.
The recognition is based entirely on direct survey feedback collected from our employees. The satisfaction survey was sent out to employees for scoring specific criteria related to their employer, workplace or their role in the organization, with optional comments available. Then – instead of basing results on averages – the Business Intelligence Group uses their own weighted algorithm to measure real employee engagement and satisfaction across the workforce.
What makes this award specialAs mentioned above, the Best Places to Work Awards bases their evaluation on employees’ voice. And getting the full survey report from the Business Intelligence Group is an additional advantage.
While for employees providing notes to their scoring was an optional part of the survey, we still received a very good number of comments. They say a lot themselves.
