Drove from Nadi to the Coral Coast twice and a few other trips where we needed a car. The roads were no issue only a few potholes but that's everywhere now. There wasn't many road rules however if you drive at your own pace then you'll be fine.

Very much enjoyed Natadolo Beach, the trip a long the Coral Coast, accommodation at Maui Bay and going to the mid pool and hot springs just out of Nadi. The Fijian staff at every place we stayed were excellent

We had a great time in Fiji, there are many thing to see and do especially when you have transportation. We drove several hundred km seeing the sights such as the orchid garden at the sleeping giant and checking out caves.

Only a two lane road around the island. Watch out for crazy local drivers that pass on double yellow lines.

It was wonderful exploring Nadi island. Unfortunately I got a virus (from the plane ride I believe) so it limited my adventuring. However, my family ziplined and enjoyed it. We also visited Natadola beach, Nadi Market and The Garden of the Sleeping Giant. The highlight for our group was taking a day trip to Malamala Beach Club where we snorkeled, kayaked, and swam in the ocean and in the infinity pools. We rented the cabanas which were well worth the extra expense. A couple of us get sea sick so we enjoyed this trip because the boat ride was about 30 minutes and was relatively smooth.

Really liked Kula wild adventure park, holding the snake and lizard, my daughter enjoyed feeding the turtles .Also found the Tavuni Hill Fort , very interesting and informative, and the fresh coconuts one of the village boys got for all was a very hot day .Tivua Island , with Captain Cook Cruises was an excellent day out too .

Fantastic retreat in a beautiful part of the Coral Coast, staffed by locals from the village next door. Wonderful service with lots of smiles and laughs, and we really did leave as friends (I don't want to name it for fear of it becoming too popular!). On a different note, the experience of going to a Fijian Drua game in Suva also confirmed how inclusive Fijian people are with their visitors, from being welcomed into their private function by a group of complete strangers, to the banter on the embankment. So much energy and enthusiasm.
