Pros: The reception

Cons: Tyre presure sensor was not reported broken at pick up. Constant incorrect message on dashboard of low pressure. Hidden credit card charges - deposit is taken as payment instead of just reserving the amount. That caused additional bank charges and exchange rate feess (about 0.5%) in addition to your card provider fees. Their excuse was flat out rejection to check your own bank. They also have various fees in the small print. Tried once - will never try again.

Pros: Very helpful staff, very new car, full explanation of hiring terms and conditions etc. Quick yet thorough drop off process

Cons: Wheego are not based at the airport so you need to call them so they can drive up to the drop off zone to pick you up. They also operate on a ‘must clean the car exterior ‘ prior to returning which just adds another level of challenge but there are petrol stations with car washes nearby. Their ‘deposit’ against your Credit Card is a very high amount, but they were very quick in returning it once vehicle returned satisfactorily

Pros: When I arrived at the rental location, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They explained all the terms clearly and answered all my questions with patience. The car I received was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. It made my trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Returning the car was just as easy. The drop-off process was quick, and the staff were again very helpful. I appreciated the transparency with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

Pros: The day of the rental I received a message from the rental car agent of WheeGo giving me info about the pick in up. It was a thoughful action to do because I felt safe and taking care of. That message removed all my concerns about where to go and how to find the place. I had all money returned from my credit card the same day of the returning of the car. Car was new and clean. I had a problem to find my way back to the office when returning the car. However, the office helped me quickly.

Cons: When we signed at check out and check in of the car, it was too quick. I was worry because it was my first time that I rented a car by myself and it was my responsibility to ask more and take my time in signing the contract. However I didn't and I would have appreciated to go with them and check the car ( which we did) but before signing the contract. However, everything went well.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 26 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
