Pros: Staff were kind and did seem to try to help.

Cons: Took 2 hours from calling office for airport pick up, to being given the keys. Only one member of staff at desk who took 20 minutes to serve each customer. Car had clearly not been checked pre hire. Nail in tyre meant I ended up replacing it at my cost and I strongly suspect it was there when I collected the car (pressure indicator light came on after 60km but pressure was ok, but next morning it went flat). No water in washer bottle. Tyre pressure indicator regulator came on after reset!

The process of taking the car was exhausting, they tried to sell us additional insurance even though we already had full coverage from Discover.

Pros: Servise is ok, overall. In Sofia you have to wait to transfer to get to the Top Rent a Car office. We were group of people with a luggage. They said that we can not come to the office together. As there is no space in the van. a little bit long time took to pick a car and then we needed to come back to the airport to pick the rest of our luggage and group.

Cons: Not good! Our flight was at 09:30 from Varna. The drop off was confirmed at 07:00. We arrived at 07:10 and no one there. We called to the company they said to leave a key at some box, no box was there. Then they said that we need to go the airport with the car and someone will be there... then they send someone... Aliluya! He arrived and started to check cars (we had 2), then he started to check it. And he said that he can not take us to the airport. Bottom line - we arrived at 8:15 to desk

Cons: I had a tyre puncture, it turned out this is the most difficult situation to have when using Rent a car! Especially if your cover is with discovery cars ! Unbelievable ! I had horrible experience! Also very expensive and I have been charged 160 euros for new tyre after I have already spent 50 euros to fix the tyre!

Cons: The condition of the car was not good - half of the front bumper was missing, but the main concern was that the spare tyre was completely flat and had a big hole in the side of it. We only found this out as we had to change the tyre due to a puncture. Top Rent a Car were very unhelpful in sorting this out and we wasted a day of our holiday getting it sorted out. The staff at one of the Top Rent a Car offices were shocked that we had been given a car in this condition.
