GreenMotion at Sofia Airport

Cons: Their fleet of 100,000+ km citroen c-elysee's were all ropey, in a state of disrepair and borderline dangerous. They have not yet refunded our deposit, more than another 24 hour delay and I will be on to the ECRCS.

Pros: They were nice people.

Cons: It wasn't their fault per se, but we had to wait an hour before getting picked up at the airport. Then, because the road was shut down for a few hours, it took a while to get the car. Lastly, the car we got had a delay in the transmission when accelerating and it took some time to get used to. Other than that, GreenMotion was great.

Pros: There is nothing to like about this company, very poor service, not professional at all. I wouldn’t get another car of them ever.

Cons: They give me a very old car which was on 110,000 km on the clock in very very poor condition. Scratches all over it it took me two hours to get the car. My wife forgot a hat which was for a present in the car which transport us from the airport to the office. We called them 10 minutes after we left the office and asked them about the hut and they said that they already rent that vehicle to somebody else, and they blame me. That is my fault that I forgot the hot over there and they could not do

Cons: Dear Sir/madam, My name is Taher Raad. I rented a car (Kia Picanto) from "Green Motion car and van rental" from Sofia Airport, Bulgaria between 21.04 and 27.04. As I returned the car on the 27th the employee who received it has double-checked that everything is alright and that no damages were caused to the car. As he completed this check we were released. However, an hour later, I received some pictures from one of the employees claiming that there are "scars of smoke" on one of the chairs, a

Pros: The brokerage is pretty average. I'm not used to having this kind of service, it wasn't practical at all

Cons: Service was great i was a bit worried anout all the little minor marks on the car and we go through all of them so it was time consuming and stresful ,but when i was dropping the car everything was smooth and legit.I will Defo use the company again.

Cons: Mini van (Opel Zafira) was in poor condition; many scratches and dents, upholstery stained, one seatbelt defective, touch screen display not working and flashing intermittently - very distracting and dangerous. Request for discount given the defects was declined. No alternate vehicle available. Off site office and pickup not really a problem.

Cons: We booked Ford Kuga and according to advertisement the car has capability for 4 suitcases We got Opel Crusland that has a capability hardly for 3 suitcases They said this is the same type of car, I doubt and sure no one would be happy to Crusland instead of Kuga but certainly will be happy in opposite (getting Kuga instead of Crusland) More then this we booked option of meet and greet , however no one met us at terminal . We had to find how to call. and no one knew about this company

Cons: At the timr of pick up green motion tried to sell us an insurance policy beyond the insurance we had through discover. At the time of drop off they charged us the outrageous price of about 200 euro for a scratch they claimed we had caused.

Cons: Even though we had booked and paid for car rental with full insurance, GREEN MOTION suggested that we "really be fully insured" do the extra insurance we did and paid for there. They explained to us that if anything happens in the car they will get the whole guarantee (700 €) and we will have to get our money back from the DISCOVER CAR that we closed the contract if we succeed.

Pros: The car was older and had around 200k kilometers and was damaged. The navigation screen was broke and didn’t work. Very disappointed in condition of the car and was smaller than the class of car I requested

Cons: The only option for the 600€ deposit was to have credit card. This was the only reason that dissapoint us

Cons: This time the car was in slightly worse condition with some marks and dents on it, but it was the last available car during high season, so I am ok with it (I was also surprised to pay four times more for it that I payed last time, once again, because of high season)

Pros: Car is very clean. Price is a very good value. Communication is excellent. I cannot comment about time spent dropping off the car because I still have it. I extended my rental with a new longer contract.

Cons: Quite a surprise that snow tires cost extra in winter (but apparently some people want to cut costs by NOT having snow tires in winter if they plan to stay in the city.)
