Pros: AutoUnion were superb. The agent was helpful, quick and nice. I took the car in a few minutes and returned it even faster.

Cons: The only thing I can say against them is that they didn't answer the phone on the day I returned the car. I wanted to make sure the details of the drop off but no one answered. When I got to the location the agent apologized saying he had other costumers to take care of. Still, there should be someone to answer the phone.

Cons: We hebben 2 x verzekering betaald ,auto moest om 15h00 ingeleverd worden en werden 1435 gebeld dat de huurperiode om was, zeer agressief gedrag. na controle contract hebben we opheldering gevraagd maar tot op heden geen antwoord. raad niet aan te huren. spijt dat we toprent voor dit hebben ingeleverd.Hoop dat er nog iets met de verzekering word gedaan want dit kan niet

Cons: I had to drop off the car after hours. So I had to drop the car key into a drop box, but the key did not fit into the narrow slot of the drop box so it was stressful. I wasn't sure what to do. I finally had to jam the key half way into the slot. I hope the key was not damaged.

Pros: The representative was helpful once he appeared at the desk. The instructions regarding picking/dropping were clear to realize. The car was clean.

Cons: 1. In spite of declared desk working hours (08:30-21:00) the representative didn't appear on the desk (picking up at 09:00and dropping out at 20:45) in comparison to his colleagues from other rental companies. I needed to call him at 09:15 and invite him to the desk that looks not serious. 2. The car was found fuel tank filled PARTIALLY, despite of rental agreement policy FULL/FULL. 3. During driving found a problem with front-wheel bearings that demands HIGHER fuel demand.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours

If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
