Pros: The employee who helped me when I returned the car was professional and her dealings were excellent. She completed the procedures exceptionally fast.
Cons: The employee who helped me when I picked up the car was unprofessional, slow, and in a dissolute manner. He was rude and dismissive, and he did not seem to be interested in helping me. He also insisted on selling me additional car insurance, even though I told him that I already had comprehensive insurance through DiscoverCars.com. I explained to him that my insurance covered all of the costs incurred by accidents, but he did not seem to understand.

Cons: It upset me when I booked and asked to travel with it to Serbia. They did not verify my visa, and they did not have to pay the amount. I paid them the transit value. When I reached the border, they said that my visa was a one-time entry. If I left, I could not enter again. So I did not benefit from taking me to the transit warehouse, as I paid 70 euros for it. They also took me. Additional insurance I don't know why for 150 euros I feel like vampires I mean money

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Winterization fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
