AUTOJET at Sofia Airport

Pros: A quick and easy pick up procedure...

Cons: They moved out of the pick up terminal to another and no notifications were issued

Pros: Overall good service and communication. The car was good and reliable.

Cons: There was no-one for confirmation when drop-off, so we had to park somewhere with instructions.

Pros: No explanation its in Terminal 1 and ways of reaching and finding the desk. (I had no data in my ticket on what terminal i would land)

Cons: Aditional charge for droping off outside working hours while i was just leaving key and there were no-one present (im allready paying for the day whi the additional charge? For parking?)

Pros: The convenience of having the auto jet desk located in the terminal was a major plus point. The prompt service made it incredibly convenient to rent a car without wasting time and energy searching for an off-site rental location.

Cons: Despite the convenience of the location and the helpfulness of the auto jet team, the car provided was noticeably well used. The wear and tear on the vehicle may have impacted the overall comfort and aesthetics, which could have been improved for a better rental experience.

Pros: The agent at the airport was excellent

Cons: Nothing

Pros: All went as planned - no issues.

Cons: Having a stand in the other Sofia terminal as well would make things even more easy (the shuttle bus between these isn't frequent enough on some days if you're pressed for time).

Cons: the car had body damage before I picked it. I was not told about this damage and did not notice it until I first parked it

Pros: The employee when we picked up the car was excellent.

Cons: When we returned the car we was looking for 1 hour to find someone to drop off the car. Also we returned the car with 1/8 lower fuel than full and they charged us BGN 35- but when we went for refills the cost for 1/2 tank was BGN 50. Unreasonable charged applied.

Pros: Winter tires highlighted at rental stage. Personal drop off at terminal 2 post rental

Cons: If agent is absent from desk, a note explaining time or contact number is a good idea

Cons: It wasn’t clear that the car could only be collected from one terminal. The condition of the car was awful, dents, scratches and marks all over it. Had wood screws holding the bumper on. Couldn’t open the window on the back because it was broken. The under carriage of the car was held on by cable ties and they had the cheek to make me pay a €1000 deposit! Would rather pay the extra and use Top as the quality of car is great!

Cons: Very poor, no flexibility and has to rent an additional car from them that was broken.

Pros: When we did locate the AutoJet representative, the process of completing the paperwork and collecting the car was prompt and efficient.

Cons: There was no representative at the desk when we arrived at the airport. It took us over an hour to track them down. There was a lack of instructions about how and where to drop the car off at the end of the rental.

Pros: Right at the exit of the landing gate in Sofia's airport, waited a very short time, got great service for Theodore.

Cons: Only one small thing: I would REALLY appreciate having a WhatsApp phone number i could have contacted the company BEFORE I arrived Bulgaria. This is a smallest change, costs zero and could make a tremendous value for customers from abroad!!!

Pros: Very swift collection and the car was sufficient for our needs. It wasn’t brand new but it wasn’t old and falling to pieces.

Cons: I booked the wifi for 7 days, but it worked only the first 3-4 days. Fortunately I could have used my internet... The liquid of the wiper has probably been diluted with water, because with the temperature of -6 celsius it froze, and because during the travel towards Pleven it was snowing, I had to buy some other liquid and stop every 10 minutes to throw the liquid on the windshield, otherwise I couldn't see anything! It' been very stressing! And dangerous...

Pros: He got off the car middle of the road as he parked on top of the zebra crossing to hand me the keys. I asked for paperwork and then damage sheet. He then started to draw one and police arrived and asked us to move so he drop turnkey and left the car with me. I then had to drive to the car park and go back to get my family. So I ended up paying for the car park. Car had 130000 KM on the odometer and the cambelt was making a horrendous noise so I went back but he was nowhere to be found

Cons: So I decided to leave as we had 4 hours journey ahead of us. The entire time that I had the vehicle I was so worried that it will break and stop.

Pros: The service agent waited for me because the flight was delayed, was very kind and efficient.

Cons: The mechanical condition of the car was not good. Rear gear didn't work properly, the breaks were screaming and the left front wheel had a problem while turning.

Cons: I felt they just wanted my money , and send me back on the street to find a car

Cons: the charge of £10 for returning the car at 4am at the morning ,out of work time office ,but i needed to drop off the car documents and the car key into their box ,which is located on the terminal .Nobody come to meet me up and i cant understand why is these charge fee taken ?
