Cons: They provide very poor child seat and no instructions about how to install it. The agent refused to help. Also he said that the car should be not very dirty when returning, and we return it in Normal condition but they still charge us 30 euro for cleaning, they should just say we need return the car clean.

Cons: * When picking up the car and asking for the zero liability insurance extension, the salesperson tried to charge more than the manager quoted over the phone. * We returned the car out of business hours (which we paid extra for). The guy receiving the car was quite rude, called me multiple times saying "he's been waiting for 20 minutes", although we returned the car before the time we setup during our booking. * The car was quite old, probably from 2017, without decent phone connectivity

Cons: The hidden feed I had to afford, my flight was delayed and we didn't received the 60 minutes grace period, plus an extra toll feed. None of the highways have toll.

Cons: car was with lot of scratches and this requires a lot of photographs and very hard to track what is new and what is old, car was not very clean outside (although i was expected to return clean), working hours of closing at 19:30 is problematic if the flight is late, when picked up the car i was told that only 3 people could be taken to airport on car return while we were 5 and this complicated the process (on the date i returned the car there was a minibus that could carry all...)

Cons: It took us over an hour to pick up the car! Both for pick-up and return. We ordered baby seats in advance and waited for them to arrive. The cars are in poor mechanical condition, they are not maintained, and are dangerous to drive. In my car, the brakes made a noise like a car that didn't have brake pads, in my father's car there was noise from the wheels at every turn and we were afraid the wheel would come off. I recommend being careful and looking for a better company

Also, the pick up procedure went quick and very efficient. The car was almost new, very clean and didn’t give us any issues during the one week of rental. We drove 1300 km. Best was, that 14 hours after return I had my deposit back. Amazing. Cannot recommend enough

Cons: At return they claimed car dirty and needed to be cleaned by us. Never told me this on rental, sounded like a scam. In any case my wife and I started to clean car with our hands and sanitary wipes, they gave up after watching for a while and took us to the airport without fuss.

Cons: Instead of Fiat Tipo , Ducia Logan was supplied which is definitely not similar. The car was supplied with empty tank so we should firstly find a place to fuel. The supplied car had malfunctions in ignition system shortly after delivery with warning signs light. Engine had now power to drive fast or rise slopes. The car had about 150000 km. No support or ability to replace the car if broken.

Pros: The staff member was waiting for us at the airport in the van (he was prompted by family waiting at the airport for us already) but he said waiting none the less. He was very friendly, very efficient and very fair with the walk round with the condition of the car. I was on the move pretty quickly.

Cons: I had to look for the CarRent bus outside the terminal, which took a lot of time as I was expecting "Meet & Greet" service. Also, the CarRent depot was not that close to the airport. I was expecting it to be in or very close to the terminal.

Pros: I had car damage. The situation was complicated by the fact that it was Sunday and the relevant institutions were closed. But the company's employees and the police representative found a way out and this allowed me to arrive on my own and not be late for the flight. This happened to me for the first time. (I hope it will be the last) and therefore it was important for me how competently and most importantly patiently the company's employees accompanied me. Next month I ordered a car from them.

I was asking about the extra fee which is charging after 8:00 p.m. the guy from The Office said that if the plane lands before 8 p.m. I will not pay the extra charge. Cons: ..about the extra charge and the colleague haved another opinion. He said that we need to be in front of the airport already in 8pm two not pay extra charge. I said that we will hurry and do everything to be soon as possible. We found your transport car in 8:12 p.m. and then i was charged not 50 Euro but 30 euro but still I think that 30 euro is too much because I have called I have asked about one employee promised something and other employee had his own another rules.

Pros: We had a very good experience with CARRENT. They met us at the metro station to drive us to their lot. Communication was easy. The car was just a few years old, and in reasonable condition. It ran well. Pick up was smooth and fairly quick. Drop off was easy. These are very nice, courteous, efficient guys. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: We had trouble finding the location when we were returning the car, but we found address we’re hard to find in general in Bulgaria. I called the guys at CARRENT and they sent me Google coordinates right away and we found them.
