Cons: Lower class car provided for the same price. When asked for refund or upgrade, was denied by the rep and the manager.

Pros: Polite, knowledgeable and professional staff. Clean vehicle. Very competitive price.

Pros: The man we talked to when the second breakdown occurred was very helpful, unfortunately we were 4 hours away and had to wait.

Cons: I.was in Sofia the first time.tje.light came on, but was told it was probably bad fuel and to just drive the car instead of having it checked out.

Pros: Solid Dacia diesel good economy no frills lots of ground clearance.

Cons: At return they claimed car dirty and needed to be cleaned by us. Never told me this on rental, sounded like a scam. In any case my wife and I started to clean car with our hands and sanitary wipes, they gave up after watching for a while and took us to the airport without fuss.

Pros: The communication was clear and fast. The car was in perfect condition , with all the extras installed and ready, and they were of really high quality. Everything from the customer service to the car condition and cleanliness was amazing.

Cons: Either need to fix the cars bodywork properly or report the damage accurately, luckily had photos of all damage they questioned from before pickup but the staff member at pick up did not report all damage properly on the sheet leading to the 2nd man asking me to prove we didn't do it.

Cons: Instead of Fiat Tipo , Ducia Logan was supplied which is definitely not similar. The car was supplied with empty tank so we should firstly find a place to fuel. The supplied car had malfunctions in ignition system shortly after delivery with warning signs light. Engine had now power to drive fast or rise slopes. The car had about 150000 km. No support or ability to replace the car if broken.

Pros: The staff member was waiting for us at the airport in the van (he was prompted by family waiting at the airport for us already) but he said waiting none the less. He was very friendly, very efficient and very fair with the walk round with the condition of the car. I was on the move pretty quickly.

Cons: 1. We had to replace the accumulator and a bulb. 2. There was a small scratch on the windshield. Your agent didn't notice it at the pickup, but another agent did notice it at the dropoff. We still don't know what will be the consequences.

Cons: I had to look for the CarRent bus outside the terminal, which took a lot of time as I was expecting "Meet & Greet" service. Also, the CarRent depot was not that close to the airport. I was expecting it to be in or very close to the terminal.

Pros: I had car damage. The situation was complicated by the fact that it was Sunday and the relevant institutions were closed. But the company's employees and the police representative found a way out and this allowed me to arrive on my own and not be late for the flight. This happened to me for the first time. (I hope it will be the last) and therefore it was important for me how competently and most importantly patiently the company's employees accompanied me. Next month I ordered a car from them.

I was asking about the extra fee which is charging after 8:00 p.m. the guy from The Office said that if the plane lands before 8 p.m. I will not pay the extra charge. When the plane landed in 7:50 p.m. we were waiting in the bus that is transporting to the airport from the plane I called again to the phone number of the company and there was already another guy. I was asking again ab...

Cons: ..about the extra charge and the colleague haved another opinion. He said that we need to be in front of the airport already in 8pm two not pay extra charge. I said that we will hurry and do everything to be soon as possible. We found your transport car in 8:12 p.m. and then i was charged not 50 Euro but 30 euro but still I think that 30 euro is too much because I have called I have asked about one employee promised something and other employee had his own another rules.

Pros: We had a very good experience with CARRENT. They met us at the metro station to drive us to their lot. Communication was easy. The car was just a few years old, and in reasonable condition. It ran well. Pick up was smooth and fairly quick. Drop off was easy. These are very nice, courteous, efficient guys. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: We had trouble finding the location when we were returning the car, but we found address we’re hard to find in general in Bulgaria. I called the guys at CARRENT and they sent me Google coordinates right away and we found them.

Pros: Terrible, called a liar,sub standard dodgy cars actually have video evidence which is sent to discover car customer service, travelled with my wife and 2 year old child, seat belts were not working for child seat window kept coming down,they refused to except liability and said there car was good also they took more money and said that I damaged car . That money was taken without my knowledge from my credit card which is fraud .
