Cons: We got a lower tier car- paid for a 308 wagon and got a smaller dacia logan with no multimedia. They didn’t came to pick us up until we managed to call them and the guy was extremely rude at the pickup and after adding a second driver we said we don’t need it anymore and he said he can’t remove it. This guys behave was really rude and bad.

Pros: Its a good car rental company. They provide us pick up and drop off service, everything was perfect.

Cons: The place to pick up and drop-off is quite difficult to find, but they carry you from the airport

Pros: Only the price was OK. Provided SUV was not what I was expected, wanted to return and I did it in 5 hours and was not aloud to cancel. Expected at least partial refund, did not happened, Lady from Discovercars.com listen to me over the phone call and promised to get my money back, unfortunately the Rentcars place did not like that and I am still waiting on their respond. Partial refund is OK and I expect that.

Cons: I ordered a 2024 Skoda Kodiaq (second generation) SUV car for 10 days to travel in Bulgaria with my son and his 2 kids. They are very young and much needed a reliable vehicle. The car provided was a lot older - 2019 Kia SUV. Did not look good at all, was not washed and was not near closed to be compared with the car that I was looking for. Also had hundreds of scratches and dents, hood did not look good. I took pictures to show that. Provided SUV was not what I was expected, wanted to get refund

Pros: Friendly agent offering a no sales pressure check-in and who provided a clean, recent car model that reflecting the one advertised. In essence, no unpleasant surprises

Cons: Having only one employee, the wait can be long since the same person does both the shuttle driving and the check-in at the offsite location. Hence, best to call using Whatsapp when you wish them to come and pick you up at the airport.

Pros: Clear communication, friendly, tried to get us on the road as soon as possible. One of the few companies offering a 7 seater at Sofia airport.

Cons: IT system glitches, car check out lasted long due to system issues. With delayed flight and lost luggage we were too impatient, but the guys did their best to get us on the road despite the IT system being down. Car needs to be returned washed, our car was missing a protective cover on the mirror and 2 car washes refused to wash the car. Unnecessary stress before a flight, but there is a steep fine for returning the car dirty so it was worth finding a carwash willing to wash the car.

Also he said that the car should be not very dirty when returning, and we return it in Normal condition but they still charge us 30 euro for cleaning, they should just say we need return the car clean.

Cons: The hidden feed I had to afford, my flight was delayed and we didn't received the 60 minutes grace period, plus an extra toll feed. None of the highways have toll.

Cons: car was with lot of scratches and this requires a lot of photographs and very hard to track what is new and what is old, car was not very clean outside (although i was expected to return clean), working hours of closing at 19:30 is problematic if the flight is late, when picked up the car i was told that only 3 people could be taken to airport on car return while we were 5 and this complicated the process (on the date i returned the car there was a minibus that could carry all...)

The cars are in poor mechanical condition, they are not maintained, and are dangerous to drive. In my car, the brakes made a noise like a car that didn't have brake pads, in my father's car there was noise from the wheels at every turn and we were afraid the wheel would come off. I recommend being careful and looking for a better company

Cons: Instead of Fiat Tipo , Ducia Logan was supplied which is definitely not similar. The car was supplied with empty tank so we should firstly find a place to fuel. The supplied car had malfunctions in ignition system shortly after delivery with warning signs light. Engine had now power to drive fast or rise slopes. The car had about 150000 km. No support or ability to replace the car if broken.

Pros: The staff member was waiting for us at the airport in the van (he was prompted by family waiting at the airport for us already) but he said waiting none the less. He was very friendly, very efficient and very fair with the walk round with the condition of the car. I was on the move pretty quickly.

Cons: I had to look for the CarRent bus outside the terminal, which took a lot of time as I was expecting "Meet & Greet" service. Also, the CarRent depot was not that close to the airport. I was expecting it to be in or very close to the terminal.

Pros: I had car damage. The situation was complicated by the fact that it was Sunday and the relevant institutions were closed. But the company's employees and the police representative found a way out and this allowed me to arrive on my own and not be late for the flight. This happened to me for the first time. (I hope it will be the last) and therefore it was important for me how competently and most importantly patiently the company's employees accompanied me. Next month I ordered a car from them.

Cons: ..about the extra charge and the colleague haved another opinion. He said that we need to be in front of the airport already in 8pm two not pay extra charge. I said that we will hurry and do everything to be soon as possible. We found your transport car in 8:12 p.m. and then i was charged not 50 Euro but 30 euro but still I think that 30 euro is too much because I have called I have asked about one employee promised something and other employee had his own another rules.

It ran well. Pick up was smooth and fairly quick. Drop off was easy. These are very nice, courteous, efficient guys. I would definitely recommend.
