Victoria Rent a Car at Alicante Airport

Pros: Pickup & drop off excellent, only waited 5 mins

Cons: The fact that 2 weeks later we haven’t had security & fuel deposits returned

Pros: Very pleasant staff, pointed out all damage to the car and did not try to claim for damage we did not do.

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Pros: Return of vehicle and transfer back to the terminal was quick and easy.

Cons: No confirmation of return of vehicle, or indication of when deposit will be returned. Instructions of where to get transfer to pick up the car was incorrect so we were waiting for longer before realised that minibuses were driving past having picked up at another bus stop.

Pros: It was professional and courteous

Cons: Lengthy collection process

Pros: A good price and the Opel Mokka was a nice car to drive

Cons: They hold the money and say it will be refunded in 15 days. In todays technological state, it only takes seconds to transfer monies to different accounts, so it feels they're going to try to get more money for no reason with excuses of damage, low fuel, or something else?

Pros: Easy drop off, possibly pick up as well but our reservation was lost on their system so it took a while. Car pretty basic but nearly new and it did a great job. Fair full insurance rate (if you decide take it from them, we took one through DiscoverCars)

Cons: Charge deposit on credit card, then refunding it, but it will have an exchange rate different so renter is worse off. Limited mileage made us look after the choice to visit. This is why I lowered my score for value for money, as 20¢ per km pay you you exceed the limit.

Pros: Brilliant service, clean car. Car was exactly what was ordered, would definitely use again.

Pros: The young French chap was a star, on pick up and return. Car was brand new, everything was top notch.

Pros: Victoria cars were really good. Great check out and easy check back in of the vehicle. Shuttle bus at Alicante was easy to find - downstairs with the buses. Super quick. Would use them again

Cons: We didn't get the car we specified. We got the exact car we didn't want as the model drives like a tank :D Nothing bad about Victoria cars just the C4 is a horrid model

Pros: A new, clean car at a good price

Cons: The operators were a bit sullen and uninterested. The base is a little way away from the airport There was a bit of a wait for the shuttle bus and some confusion on arrival and when returning, I would not have found it without the satnav. There was also a 'hidden' extra charge for early return of the car

Pros: Good value car compared to other providers and offered a 0 deposit, unlike the hundreds other car companies were charging

Cons: Wait both on arrival and departure was somewhat long, however the staff were all worming constant to get through the queues

Pros: Everything about hiring from Victoria is what you would hope it to be, the team there are great, the depot transfer works and the cars are excellent

Cons: Everyone there speaks perfect English (which helps as my Spanish is basic and sketchy) and they were all helpful and friendly

Pros: I buy full incurans but they charge me 100 euro for damage that was already in the car and i pointed out to the agent when i pick up the car

Cons: The agent marked the spot of the damage on the rental paper then when i return the car they say that the marking was to say the car was ok. the agent marked it afer i showd him the damage.

Pros: Other rental companies have always pressured me to take out their insurance even though I had purchased this when making the booking. Nothing like that happened with this rental. Very pleased.

Pros: They give you a full tank. you can return it full and get a full refund of the tank or return it part full and get a partail refund. we considered the partial refund very fair. Staff were all lovely.

Cons: When we picked up the car initially the person was doing all the jobs, it would have been better for everyone if he had had more support from colleagues, he was doing the paperwork as well as the checks around the car which was inefficient with a queue of people picking up and dropping off cars.
