Cons: I rented a car online for that same day and because I didn't have a credit car I couldn't rent. When I asked if I could have the deposit back the answer was NO because the cancellation policy to receive the deposit back needed to be 3 days before. For someone that rents a car in the same day and needs to cancel, this policy is stupid.
Pros: Customer service was good.

Cons: Too long waiting time (1 hour at the airport and 30 minutes at the car rental depot)
Pros: Once we found the Sixt office (semi-hidden, by the side of a busy highway), the drop off process was very swift and there was a shuttle to the airport in no time.
Cons: There was no representative waiting at the airport and the office initially didn't pick up the phone. We waited for about 1 hour to find an agent and get into shuttle to the office. Once there, there was only 1 person behind the desk and the people in front of me were unaware of Sixt's mandatory deposit policy, which was strangely high (roughly $2K held on your credit card). The four people ahead of me ultimately couldn't cover this and had to take a shuttle back to the airport, dejected.
Pros: Very prompt, trusted car network with reasonable pricing - take the full insurance (with zero deductible) directly at counter only between 15-22 USD a day extra but worth it

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each specific vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may differ based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
All credit cards must be capable of the following: CHIP verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
