Enterprise at Cancun Airport

Cons: See above . I had the printed contract but enterprise was not willing to honour it

Pros: Easy pick up, no hard sell of extra insurance. It was offered but politely declined. Car was almost new, only 8000kms, clear instructions from agent on car workings.

Pros: The greeting at the terminal counter was fast and trustworthy. A person from the company guided us to the shuttle to take us to the car pick up point and gave some advice on things to see based on our itinerary The pick up staff was very friendly. They of course wanted to sell extra insurance but made what seemed like a good deal on collision damage waiver plus an extra driver and explained the benefits of the insurance in a non-pushy manner We got an upgrade. And return was lightning fast

Cons: Everything. I was not given my rental and the option of changing drivers. So I prepaid and wasn’t given a refund not even of the insurance. It’s a scam because it’s not even Enterprise it’s National company once you get there. Rent a car elsewhere they are more reasonable. Beware of the Cancun location.

Pros: The battery of the car we took died after a couple of days. They came to change the car after 3 hours …, and they tried to charge us for that, while it was their fault giving us a deficient car. They also charged us gas at a very expensive exchange rate, while they initially told us not to put gas and that they will do it for us for no extra charge but the price of the gas itself. They tried also to charge me for their own insurance when we arrived and we had to wait an entire hour to get the ca

Cons: I wouldn’t rent from them again. We felt that they were trying to find reasons to squeeze in every small bit, and that was extremely annoying, especially that they made us loose an entire day because of the car hick up, and they didn’t do much to recover from that

Pros: Again, everything went just as it should. We reserved a rental and it was super easy picking up and dropping off. The vehicle we reserved fit our needs perfectly. The staff at the rental desk walked us out of the airport to grab the shuttle to the rental pick up and that only took minutes before we were dropped off. The pick up took a little time but it took less time than many places I have been. The staff at Enterprise was super helpful and had us on our way very quickly.

Pros: We did a long time reading about retning a car in Mexico. We were a bit sceptic, but landes on Enterprise as they had the best reviews. And luckly, Enterprise was a very good choice! It was easy to pick up the car and we got a brand new Nissan (but we needed to upgrade ut as the first one was very small). There was no problem with the car the two weeks. When we delivered the car it was a quick and easy procedure. We can recommend Enterprise.

Pros: We purchased the full coverage insurance through discovercars.com and Enterprise in Cancun Airport accepted that insurance. This policy doesn't cover third party so we did have to purchase this policy through Enterprise as supposedly it's required in Mexico. However, other than that, the check in and check out process we're both quick and easy, under 30 minutes. This experience was consistent with reviews for Enterprise, which is why we went with them even though it's more expensive.

Cons: Takes too long to check in/out and my family had to wait outside in the heat because their office is so small.

Cons: Very helpful about a few other areas like where to go and eat, driving concerns.

Pros: Went with a trusted large company to ensure we wouldn’t get ripped off or upsold. The shuttle was very convenient to their rental office. It took a little longer than expected to get the car (they still asked us a bunch of questions even though I pre-registered) but were very friendly and the return was quick and painless.

Cons: The long wait to pick up the car when it was hot outside even though I had already filled out the Ready Pass.

Cons: The salesperson tried to give us a smaller car, but when I said I reserved a bigger car he knew that we had reserved a full size. I had expected that I didn’t need added collision coverage from enterprise since I had purchased full coverage from discover when I booked, but it was very unclear when we arrived and getting the car whether what he had from Discover with full coverage would cover the things that the salesperson was indicating that the enterprise coverage, so spent xtra $22 per day

Pros: I made sure that I had third party insurance as part of the price of the car and I used my credit card's collision insurance. Since I had both of those in place, the renting of the car was completely seamless and actually pleasant with no hidden charges or insurances. I would do this again!
