Cons: Terrible experience. We waited 25 minutes at Amman Airport, only to receive a dirty, old Hyundai Accent instead of the Nissan Sentra we booked. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. At drop-off, they eagerly claimed scratches we hadn't even noticed and withheld our deposit. Luckily, we had full coverage with DiscoverCars. This company feels shady and unprofessional—should not be listed on DiscoverCars.

Pros: Jawad, the employee who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. I was impressed by how quickly they processed my deposit refund, which was returned to me within just one day.

Cons: The car I rented had a broken front window, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, a significant number of the documents we were required to sign were not in English, leaving us with a sense of unease, as if something fraudulent might be going on. To add to our concerns, the document we received as proof upon returning the car was not signed by any employee.

Pros: First of of all they just assumed we were a no-show because our flight was delayed, and they were not at the airport to pick us up. When we arrived at the rental, the drivers door of the car didn’t work properly and they had no alternative and no discount. We went to the neighboring car rental and rented a good car for the same price there.

Cons: Definitely NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Very bad service and rude manager.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 425.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
Mileage depends on the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 90 minutes.
