Pros: We were absolutely delighted with the service provided by this company and highly recommend it.We received an almost new car, even better than the one listed on this website. We felt completely safe during our long trip across Jordan — the car handled mountain roads with ease and even drove about 100 km off-road and through dunes in Wadi Rum. The staff were very friendly, and both the pick-up and return process were quick and smooth. The deposit was returned in time. Thank you!

Pros: Terrible service. Charged wrongly for ticke tfor speeding for a time marked before I recieved the car. Their posted 24/7 call line has no one answering the phone. My car broke down and it took me 4 hours to get through to anyone. I am still waiting for a refund for the wrongly charged ticket.

Pros: Clean new car.

Cons: Although suposed to be "full to full", the car had an empty tank, for only 136 km. I paid more for full to full, hence I ask for compensation for breach of contract. Car was delivered after a long wait, about an hour. My family was tired, it was after midnight.

Pros: I've read a lot of negative reviews about enterprise but they've really outdone theirselves with us. The desk guy was really polite and nice and did a great job. We'd rented a Mercedes or similar but a got a brand new BMW series 7 which was awsome. The car was just a little dusty on the outside and had a quarter fuel but nevertheless I'd give enterprise a 10/10!! Totally recommend them!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 480.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Jordan.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
