Pros: I would definitely recommend

Pros: The staff were very friendly and they upgrade the car for us without extra cost to better suite our needs. The pick up and drop off process was very quick and they gave us lots of useful local info.

Pros: They communicate through Whatsapp which is easy and comfortable and they immediately gave back the deposit after dropping off the car

Cons: At the pick-up the driver took a long time and he took 3 other people in the car and one of them was smoking.

Pros: Pick up Arrived late to airport. I received the car almost no gas full of accident not clean in bad shape. And agent didn’t highlight the accident in the paper properly.

Pros: Very bad and old car. The service was also bad and when I returned the car, my small kids were with me and some bags, then they forced me to drop my kids alone to the airport and come back to pick up their driver to take the car. That delayed our flight

Cons: I will not recommend any one to deal with this rental office if they cheat with customers especially in insurance, because they gave me a car with expired license and expired insurance :-( which may face a big trouble with police if they catch me or if we have accident.

Cons: It was shocking. I wasn’t needed and greeted. There was no shuttle bus service instead a petrol pump employee where the company is based came in the car to pick me up, drove me a few kilometres to an office then I had to pick my parents up myself since there was no space for them in the first trip. Dropping the car off was a horrendous experience, the owner asked if I’d collected the car from this branch. It was hilarious he didn’t have a checklist. The whole experience was terrible.

Pros: The Autounion guys were really on time, definitely gentle and they gave us a perfect Kia. You can book with them without having any fear of loosing the car deposit. They came with a cartel to the Airport for bringing you to the rental station (5min fare from Amman Airport).

Pros: The waiting time at airport (after arrival) took more 1.5 hours until agent picked me up to collect car from its office (10 mins drive from airport). Called 4 times and was told busy with lots of customers. On arrival at agent's office, waited another 1 hour to collect car.

Cons: The car was in bad condition with a lot of damage (I can provide photos). The main problem was that the employee refuses to record all the damage in the checklist. This is a big problem, because when renting a car in the Middle East, even with full insurance (I ordered it), every scratch must be confirmed by the police, otherwise the rental company can charge fines.

Cons: car rental agent charged me €907.69 instead of €829.38 as indicated in your email. Unfortunately I realized the scam after picking up the car (the agent charged an amount in JOD with an invented exchange rate). When I pointed out the deception when returning the car, he justified himself by saying that they apply a different exchange rate from the official one, he refunded me 16 JOD (€ 20) instead of 58 JOD (€ 78). car in good condition but without instruction booklet

Pros: You need to have a wifi connection at the arrival to meet the guy, and it would be great to know how you will be reached at your arrival

Cons: Bises t would be easier to have full tank at the beginning with the necessity to leave it full as it is next to a gas station

Cons: I didn't get an answer on my whatsapp messages (after a flat tire), however whatsapp was the 'tool for communication'. I had to call to the centre, via one of the Jordanian people i met (twice).

Cons: L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è che l'auto deve essere restituita con lo stesso livello carburante che praticamente era in riserva e quindi alla consegna abbiamo lasciato l'auto con metà del pieno in quanto risulta difficoltoso fare esattamente il conto.

Cons: finding representative person at the airport on arrival was a little bit confusing since they didn't wait for us on arrivals

Pros: They were super helpful especially at the end. We were running late for our flight and they made sure that the agreement was closed fast and that we got to the airport on time.

Pros: The car engine is really strong. The size of the car is perfect for 1 person. & the car is ok to finish my trip.

Cons: The car is so old, dirty inside & outside, full of scratches, accidents & broken sides. It’s has been used to much to much. Although the car rental agency located in the Petrol station, i got the car with empty tank. The light of the petrol was on. Which i think was not ok for me at all. The price are really high for this old car.

Cons: The car provided by rental agency was disgusting. It was dirty inside, smell from air condition was terrible, seatbelts on the backseat were missing. Car breaks were overheating very fast, there was missing bolt in front left wheel. We were driving from the airport in poor conditions - 8 persons and the car capacity was 7. You should better verify your business partners.

Pros: I booked a hybrid, and they didn't gave me any hybrid option just gas , so i paid extra for nothing, and thw car is gas consuming

Cons: Somebody should wait for us at the airport, but did not. So it took much more time to organize and get to their premises. Car was relatively old. Do not take gas at the gas station connected to the car rental, the guy cheated us and charged more money than he should.
